When i browse the tags through Matrikon OPC UA explorer, The tag displays all the attributes along with the value. is there any way we can suppress them.  

I have derived a drawing from a Multibody skeleton in Creo Parametric. Now I want to display only one body. This works, but then I have the problem that the view frame is still very large even though I only see one part, and I want to adjust this.How can the drawing frame be reduced?

Curious if anyone else is experiencing issues with Password Protected Office documents while using the Creo View Adapters Office Worker? I understand documents with passwords are not supported, but when they show up, they block the publishing queue and prevent all other jobs from being processed until someone connects to the Office Worker machine and picks Cancel from the Office prompt. Maybe someone has a better idea on how to kill these stuck publishing jobs?   Is there a better way to manage these files in Windchill to support a more efficient publishing process?   We have been talking about creating a new document type or adding a new attribute to a document type so we have a hook we can catch in the publishing rules. Seems like a good plan, but it would be dependent on the document authors either picking the right document type or choosing the appropriate value for an attribute. 

Hi everyone, I’m using the ThingWorx Mail Extension and the service SendMessageWithNoReplyTo.Even though I set a No-Reply Address (e.g., donotreply@something.com), all outgoing emails are still being sent from the authenticated mail account instead of the no-reply address. It looks like the SMTP server always overwrites the “From” address with the login user.Has anyone found a way to make SendMessageWithNoReplyTo actually send from the No-Reply Address?Or is this behavior controlled entirely by the mail server (e.g., requiring “Send As” permission)? I created grid A in which selecting a row loads grid B. I enable the filter on both grids. When I search for a string that doesn't select any rows in both grids, I see the selected row in grid A, but nothing in grid B. Which grid property should I select to prevent the same row from being displayed as the filter solution in the grid where a row is selected? HI all, I have confused on the behavior of unbound properties and their quality. I create a new property, and it comes back as UNKNOWN quality. Then I set the value to something other than 0 and it comes back as GOOD. What causes GOOD vs UNKNOWN exactly in an unbound property? Is there a way to have an unbound property always be GOOD quality?

I am trying to fill a 1D array/vector with calculated scalar values. This works fine for a simple calculation; but for a more complicated calculation, it fills the vector with nested [1x1] arrays instead of scalars. I have tried to use Vectorize to fix this, but unsuccessfully.As an example, I define an array index i = -mf::mf. A simple function f_sub_i = f0 + df*i works fine to set up a vector of frequencies f with uniform step size df. But now I try a Gaussian function S_sub_i = e^{-[(f_sub_i -f0)/sigma]^2} , and I get a vector of nested [1x1] arrays instead of scalars. How can I get a vector of scalar values calculated by the formula for S_sub_i? I'm using MathCAD Prime 9.0.0.0

Thinking ahead to a multi-site, multiple SAP plant configuration which might be possible in the future. I am currently using the ERP connector and we have a custom integration on the SAP side to read in the ERP Connector output files. Obviously, the concept of a Plant comes with the use of a SAP type distribution target which from what I gather requires the fully licensed ESI package. I have only 1 target right now so very simple to Send to DT and away it goes. SAP has been configured to accept information and load to only 1 plant that we default to.  If we bring in another site, they will likely have a different SAP plant and I would want their data to go to their plant. Ideally, our data would be separated in difference product contexts but I do not see options in configuration to have it map a default Distribution Target by Product Context. Referencing this post: Configuring SAML SSO with Reverse Proxy , when we last left our main characters, we still a question why the sessionHook was reporting that the windchill domain was not matching the request and target hosts: I still have issues with the sessionHook.jsp for which I have a PTC ticket on. Take note of this debug logger (sso.shibboleth.sessionHook). This was key to it complaining about the different domains. I was able to code around the issue but intend to return to OOTB hook. For now, its working as it should. I will try and collect my notes and write up something clearer. There is a check in the sessionHook jsp files that has a flag isValidUsage and if hostnames do not match, you get an error. I believe this to be a security check. I just got off a call with PDSVision and we traced the cause back to the proxy so I want to make sure I document it here for others.

Hello I am trying to move my Thingworx project from one server (test) to another (prod) by exporting then importing. However, there are many ways to do so and I am not sure which one should I do. Could someone please clarify the steps in transferring my project from TRN to PROD? All my services, mashups and datashapes are in one project.. However, some Things inherit from templates that are outside of my project. These templates have the same name on both servers. Thank you.  

This topic is related to this one but the moderator advised me to open a new topic so here it is. I know there are several examples (like the one in the linked topic above) and had one working in the past but we updated to Creo 11 and now this "open drawing with the name of the open part or asm" mapkey doesn't work anymore and can't get it to work. I'm aware of the case that the mapkeys are not embedded anymore in the config.pro. I have some mapkeys that are working or are working again so how the new mapkeys work I know.. So who has a working mapkey or can help me with this?

Following the customization guide I get almost to the end and then get a /ptc1/tcomp/defineItemAttributesWizStep error. Hello all, since there is no direct way of creating negative volume of a part (at least as far as I know-being relative rookie) I wonder if there is any, still relatively quick, way of doing that in Creo 10. With that I have in mind Ansys Space Claim 3D modeller where it is possible to close the model with planes and create volume inside of complex geometry and these defined planes. Why sometimes wtpart getting checked into windchill personal cabinet at site level, need help with reason and how can it be avoided. 

According to the PTC documentation, this is supported. I am not able to get this to work in Creo 7, 9 , or 10. Is anyone able to confirm that loading a light file works for them? It is possible my light files are corrupted in some way, if someone has a sample light file they can post here, I will try it. I have included one of my .lgh files for reference.
