i am getting these errors with a consistency of 1 sec and in between I am getting that stack is growing Large I just installed 8.5 new version didnot create anything  application keys or any sort of connectivity just installed it fresh and these were the errors.Can any one help me with this issue?

Hi, 1. Is it possible to add dynamic series to a label chart, we can't define the number of series? 2. Is it possible to have two x axis in a single label chart? eg. Hello,   I try to import the Asset Advisor (MED-61235-CD-084_SP3_ThingWorx-Asset-Advisor-Integrations-8-4-3-extension-bundle) but I run into trouble. When I first tried I get a error message on the import window "Errors occurred during the import" without no information what goes wrong. At the second attempt I get the following error message: "Extension Package [ServiceMaxIntegration-extension] is trying to override existing entities: [PTC.SCA.SCO.AssetService.Connector.ServiceMaxApiPayloadDataShape:DataShape] [PTC.SCA.SCO.AssetService.Core.LabelStringValuePair:DataShape] [PTC.SCA.SCO.AssetService.Connector.ServiceMaxApiPayloadDataShape.OthersDataShape:DataShape]"   Now I want delete these three DataShapes but the delete button is disabled, when I select one of them. Hello there,   I am having issues with setting the cache and workspace location in the workgroup manager.   I set the environmentvariables as follows:   PTC_WF_CACHE = %LOCALAPPDATA%\Windchill\cache PTC_WF_ROOT = %LOCALAPPDATA%\Windchill PTC_WFS_ROOT = %LOCALAPPDATA%\Windchill\.wgm PTC_WGM_ROOT = %APPDATA%\PTC\Windchill Workgroup Manager PTC_WGM_STARTUP_DIR = %LOCALAPPDATA\Windchill PTC_WLD_ROOT = %LOCALAPPDATA%\Windchill   The cache location is correctly set to the path in the environmentvariables.   However, the Windchill file system management sets the storage location for the workspace to %USERPROFILE%\Documents\PTC Environment.   When trying to save files to the Workspace using Solidworks, Solidworks tries to save to %USERPROFILE%\Documents\PTC Environment and fails.   Using the standard path in %USERPROFILE% is not possible. Hi, We are using 'GetPropertyDefinitions' inbuilt service to fetch any Kepware connected Thing details. When we execute this service, we are name (tag name) column along with other columns. In this tag name column, along with tag name there are few other properties getting logged like IndustrialThing,Description,Isconnected which we don't want to get. We only wanted to fetch the tag names. Even through subscription, when we log the tag names and its value based on any data change event, it logs the isconnected property which we do not want to log. I am getting following error while installing thingworx 8.5 trial version

I am trying to install TWX trial version on Ubuntu but unable to complete installation. I am getting attached error.   I am not able to get the failure logs as well. Since once installation fails everything in installation directory is emptied. For one time the uninstallation script is not generated properly. Also the JAVA_HOME installation path is set to "/usr/lib/jvm/jdk-11.0.5" when installation script is ran.   Please let me know what is the cause for this issue.

Hello,   In a service I need to return an error with status code = 500 and return type JSON.   Actually my service returns JSON but the response I really get is "Error executing service getError. Message :: {"test":"error"} - See Script Error Log for more details." and what I want to get is just the JSON {"test":"error"}   I succeeded to have this work if I call a service on a resource but as soon as I call the service of the resource from a service of a Thing it doesn't work.   Any ideas?   Thanks Best regards  

Hi,sometimes I need to convert a regular "prt model" in a Skeleton type model.Just not to lose all geometries and links I use this procedure (CREO2 ) :1 - Open assembly which contains the regular part that should be used as a skeleton part (name "PART2SKEL.PRT") .2 - In assembly Sel. Model / Create and I define a new skeleton type model ( named "TEMP_SKEL.PRT") using the option 'copy from existing' and choosing "PART2SKEL.PRT" as reference part in order to have all geometries already done.3 - I save the single part "TEMP_SKEL.PRT" to disk.4 - I close the assembly without saving and I erase everything from memory.5 - On the disk I rename the "TEMP_SKEL.PRT" to "PART2SKEL.PRT".6 - Open again the the assembly. The original part is replaced by the new skeleton art. 7 - In the model tree I can see the original part as skeleton with specific correct icon for skeleton (transparent).If necessary I can move the part on top of model tree.It works !Now the question :In Windchill (10.1) if I perfo

we are facing issue in viewing cut section file in vuforia studio. how to create it in simple way? Hello everyone,   I am facing a quite strange behaviour from Thingworx on Chrome. My customer is unable to log in to the composer from a normal chrome window, whereas she is able to do it from an incognito window. Another customer (in the same corporate network) is redirected to IE when she tries to open the mashup in normal chrome. For both cases, it works just fine from an incognito window. I also work in the same network and I do not face any of these issues.    Any idea why this is happening?

Hello everyone!   When creating a section, some restrictions automatically appear in it (such as equality, parallelism, coincidence).One of these automatic restrictions prevents my section from becoming whole.Can I somehow create restrictions programmatically that I need and delete that are not needed?   Best Regards!

I'm trying to reproduce some of my Mathcad sheets in MS Excel format. One of the biggest hurdles is a finding a simple way to define a range (or column in the case of a spreadsheet) of dependent values that are defined by a start, interval, and end value similar to Mathcad's range variable. I'm guessing I'm going to need to implement VBA, but my skills with that are pretty minimal.    Does anybody have suggestions or examples?

Trying .booted config file followed by other errors eg 110 as shown.          

Hi, we got the errors in runtime after import custom widgets, which have documented in release notes in thingworx 8.5, as below:   we have modified the code accordingly, however it didn't work. Anyone have clear idea how to solve this error, which file should we paste the code as different widgets have different file structure. Thanks.
