In the "Integrity Lifecycle Manager Extension Guide.pdf" (Version 1.1, July 2016) several extensions are mentioned.But I cannot find these extensions in the PTC download area. I have only found the "TWX_Integrity_LM_Connector_ExtensionPackage" for Release 7.4.But 4 other extensions are mentioned, too.TWX_Integrity_LM_Core_ExtensionPackageTWX_Integrity_LM_Generator_ExtensionPackageTWX_Integrity_LM_Constraints_ExtensionPackageTWX_Integrity_LM_Demo_ExtensionPackageWhere can I download these extensions? Or are they part of another extension?

Hi,I'm working on ThingWorx 7.1 localhost and the composer is loading forever. I've checked the ApplicationLogs file and the error is "Error occurred while validating HTTP header: If-None-Match". What can I do to resolve this ?Thanks

So i just reinstalled Thingworx 7.3 Postgres. This is running on a VM and the Composer loads correctly from the web browser in the VM.When connecting from my physical machine, I can connect to the Tomcat page, however when loading the composer it just loads forever after getting the jsessionid.This was fixed initially by opening an incognito tab, however this no longer works. I've also tried Internet Explorer and chrome.Any help is appreciated as we want to have access for a few users in multiple locations and need the composer to load!Thanks

Hey there!I am currently working with Thingworx Studio and I have come across the following problem:I wanted to upload a .stp file (STEP) which should be supported by thingworx Studio. But when I want to add it, it fails.I have already tried to add it with the Run CAD Optimizer Option ticked, but I got the sam error as well.The size of the 3D shouldnt be the problem as I have already tested it with a smaller one and that failed as well.Any suggestions?P.s.: If you want to see the log files, you will have to tell me where to get them because I have no clue where to find them. I'm attempting to import a stress-strain curve for an elastoplastic material, but keep on getting the attached error.  Is there a trick which I am missing?  I feel like I have the correct format, but the file refuses to import. 

Hello, I am new to mathcad and am getting the error "unable to form derivative matrix" when using OdeSolve. I think i may not be able to use OdeSolve inline like I am doing. Can anyone confirm this. And what should I do instead? I am attaching screenshots below. I appreciate your help

Hi all,I was walking through c sdk quick start guide from developer dashboard & got stuck at step 3 where after making necessary changes in main.c source file I needed to rebuild by issuing make command. I am using windows & as per instruction using vc++ build tools on it. The problem is make command is not available in my environment but there's one nmake & I am not being able to figure it out how to use the same. Can anybody help? Creo 3, M070In one assy (built in Creo 2) I get a notification that there are 5 outdated components.  In each, the outdated feature is the shell, but no number of regens will fix them.  Redefining the shell reveals no missing refs, changing the remove surface or even deleting all of the removed surfaces  does not fix it.I suspect what's happening is that there is an old removed surface ref that is missing, but it is not shown in the dashboard so it cannot be deleted.  It likely belongs to a long deleted feature so there is no way to get it back.  That's just speculation, though, based on past experience with how the shell feature deals with missing refs (not well).Anyone seen this and have a fix?  I like the notifications, but if I get false positives with no way of fixing them, it's a bit useless.

HiI'm calculating (programming) with nested arrays (MC15). I do two for loops, where the first is fixed in size, but the one inside this is dependent on the size of the nested parts in the array I use for the calculation. My problem is, that when I do this dependent sizing, I seems to work fine as long as the nested parts get larger, but if they are smaller than the largest nested part that have been calculated previously, the loop keeps this size, and fills in the "cells" which doesn't match the smaller part with the value from the larger part.I hope this not a too cryptic explanation of my problem. I've attached and example of what I'm trying to explain.

I am unable to locate center of a slot in drawing. Is there a specific way to make slot in model so that the axis can be located over there? Manually putting datum axes is not possible as we have many slots in model.

Hello All,   I have a drawing of an assembly that will not regenerate.  This happened after I made some alterations the model.  The assembly, and all its parts regenerate, but the drawing will not.  When I click on the model notifications to see what is failing nothing happens.   I've tried Review>Update Sheets.  No luck.   In the Check Display Status I seem to have a number of Datums missing.       6     20 new_view_20     Datums                           6     21 new_view_21     Datums                           6     22 new_view_22     Datums    &

There is supposed to be a plus button in the License Summary field of the License Identification window (second step when running reconfigure.exe, see also figure below). I don't see it, but I am instructed to add a specific source there, which I can't. It sounds trivial, but where can I find it?

Why is that? I'm pretty sure I could do it before.The infotable is not empty. Hi,Is there a reason that non-secure URL's such as http://... can be used in Hyperlink Widgets, but secure URL's such as https://... do not work?The links I have created using the widgets work just fine for the non-secure links, but I had reason to try to link to https:// locations and the displayed hyperlink on an iPad does nothing at all, as if the hyperlink was just underlined text.Any ideas?As always, many thanks,Brian

Hi,I have a mashup where I launch a service in order to get an infotable which contains data for a Tree Table I want to display.The Tree Table will be displayed in a contained mashup (name coming from another service) as depending on some parameters I don't want to show the same columns and rendering. I have added to the contained mashups a "Tree" parameters which is my infotable binded to the result of my service.My problem is that when a row is selected in the Tree Table, I don't know how to provide the selected row to the parent mashup. I need that selected row for other purposes.Thanks in advance for your help.

Good morning all,I'm looking for some advice regarding running a dynamic simulation to crush a tube longitudinally. I have a couple of tubes which I'd like to crush so I can compare the effects of changing the wall thickness.My plan is to model a couple of blocks, one acting as the ground with the tube lying on top and the other applying a load to the tube to squash it.My issue is that I have no idea how to use the dynamic simulation in Creo! I've used Ansys in a previous role and was pretty handy with LSDyna and explicit dynamics, however, Creo has me completely stumped as to how to set this up and get some results!Does anybody have any advice on the method for creating such a study?Any advice greatly received,Thanks,Richard

Hello everyone, I'm writing a script with REST calls in order to automatize our extension development. I want it to export some files, delete extensions and reimport them into thingworx. So until now everything works fine.It seems after refresh the mashups are indeed being updated but my classes are not. I mean, let's say I want to add a new service and a new mashup within my extension. I build and use my script, I can see the new mashups but I can't see my new service.In order to see it, I need to do a tomcat reboot.The problem is the tomcat reboot takes about 4-6min in my case (some security configurations) and I want it to appear without doing the tomcat reboot.How can I load my new classes in thingworx?PS: If I import my new extension using TWX UI, I can see that my extension is indeed appearing with my new service, so maybe I need to do another REST call?

Hi all, I am giving dimension to an assembly model in creo and most of the times i have to use ordinate dimensions. Here I am stuck in a  problem that if i accidentally give a wrong baseline for ordinate dimension then I am unable to delete it, like you would delete any normal dimension by pressing delete button or right click->delete. Am I missing something here, help me out please! Attaching image for clarification.
