Hello All,I am currently facing an issue with the pagination widget in my ThingWorx mashup. The initial load of the data works perfectly, but when I select a page number from the pagination widget, the service fails to return the correct data and gives an error code 500(Error executing service Test1.Message: : Wrapped java.lang.NullPointerException-See Script Error Log for more details.). Specifically, the last page fails when it has fewer rows than the page size. Here is a summary of my setup: Service Configuration: I am using the QueryImplementingThingsOptimizedWithTotalCount service to fetch data with pagination. The service parameters include maxItems, offset, and query. Pagination Logic: The offset is calculated as (pageNumber - 1) * pageSize. Hi, i'm using ThingWorx 9.3.9-b1648, and I'm seeing a lost of logs related to the Stack Tracing feature.Even after disabling it, the system still generates these logs.Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I'm working with my IT dept to try and install Creo View en masse and they are asking for a .msi file. Is there a way too get one? The default download on PTC Support is just the .exe in a ZIP. Has anyone done a mass install of Creo View? Any recommendations for tackling this?  Trying to install V11.1

An issue was brought up last week by 2 of our users wanting to work with skeleton models. Users were reporting "Assembly license is required to use this functionality.", this was showing when trying to populate their assembly without existing skeletons. After further investigation I noticed all features of the AAX module are missing. We're not sure when this started, but has anyone noticed similar behavior?  Creo+ V12.2.0.0-020Windchill+ V12.1.2.12

Hello!I am trying to add a M7 ISO thread to my 3D piece but it has the wrong size. It's way tinier as what it schould be. The sizes are wrong for every ISO thread, and doesn't disappear after restarting Creo, or by creating new pieces.Im am Using Creo 8.0.4.0, and I believe the problem came once I changed the language.Thank you for your help and your time.

Hi everyone, I'm working on automating a process using a batch file that will be triggered as a scheduled task. The steps I'm trying to automate are as follows: 1- Launch Creo Parametric (version 10.0.7.0)2- Start a tool that interacts with Creo to run it automatically in the background.3- Shut down the configurator.4- Shut down Creo itself. Parts 2 and 3 are not a problem: this tool was developed by our consultants using the Creo toolkit. It's simply a matter of invoking one batch file to start it and another to stop it. The issue is with the shutdown of Creo. I don't want to use a brute-force taskkill command to close Creo, as I'd prefer a more graceful and proper way to do it. I considered simulating keyboard shortcuts (such as Alt+F+X) to close the program, using either VBScript or AutoHotkey, but here's the catch: since this task will be running as a scheduled task, with no user logged in, none of these solutions will work because they require the UI to be accessibl

Hello, I have the below list of requirements for which I am considering to make use of Part Request object.i)  A workflow process is required where different tasks for the teams are triggered.ii) Different teams edit the Part Request and enrich the part informationiii)Teams should only be able to edit/update fields corresponding to them. Example: Mechanical team when trying to edit the Part Request, should only be able to enter values for attributes corresponding to Mechanical Department.ii)Parts should not be created in the system until the enrichment by different teams are completed But in Part Request I see limitations with layouts as it cannot be customized. how creo 7 works in thermal analisys in a steady state ? I mean as input for thermal load i've to consider Heat Flux (W/m^2). This means that load is time dependent. I use a load of 5000W/m^ 2 on a steel structure with 30mm thicknes and i get more than 170°c of temperature. Teoric calculation give me 21 °c after 20 seconds.Does creo consider Fourier time to get Steady State: t= Thickness^2/(Thermal Diffusivity) ? and if it consider that how does it calculate that. Because in material specification ther is not thermal diffusivity value.thanks for answering

I am trying to calculate the Jacobian (for a Newton Raphson scheme). At this point the problem is simple enough that I can derive it by hand but I want to make sure the two approaches agree (especially since my hand-derived result is nearly singular). What I am doing is not working - I get a "pattern match" error. Worksheet (in MC11) is attached. Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi. I already had Creo Parametric 11 on my PC, but the license that I had expired. So I tried to get a new license to be able to continue using this app. I followed the manual for the Creo installation but get this error when trying to open Creo:License request failed for feature. Requesting CREOPMA_Student6...C:\\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing\BK110908EDSTUDENTEDUNI_license.dat: (-1). Cannot find license file.Requesting PROE_Educ_1...-15: Cannot connect to license server.Run ptcstatus.bat for server status. Can somebody please help? I need to sort this out today. I tried doing all the steps again but now I can't even install my license, it gives me an error. Thanks to anybody that can help

This feels like a silly question, but I have not been able to figure out how to find and replace text in Prime 9 from the help or other posts. 

While Passing data from datatable to grid widget, each cell value differs in its string count. In that case, to display the entire value in each cell, i can set constant column width but i expect the row height to be dynamic based on the no of strings present in each cell.(motto is to show the complete data in the cell). How it can be acheived. It leads to different row height for each rows. 

We are using Windchill Authentication for Thingworx user authentication . While Windchill can authenticate the AD users  and doesn't validate case sesnitivity , ThingWorx autherntication fails for user when UsernName is Uper/Lower Caaase . Example: if AD user name is  xyz.pqr , User can login and authenticated to Windchill with any user name ( Xyz.Pqr/ xyz.pqr) . However, in Thingworx user can't get Authenticated with Xyz.Pqr We've yet implemented SSO and using Windchill 12.0.2 with TWX -9.3. I kow other enterprises who are using Thingworx extensively with 1000s of  concurrents users logging into system . Anyone can help , how to do an User Management in ThingWorx and navigate ?

I am looking at using calculated attributes on Parts. In the past, I remember an issue where they would not send properly downstream to SAP. Has anyone else every had any issues while using Calculated Attributes? I want to make sure there isn't something I am forgetting from past implementations.

Hi, I'm Alesssandro Luison my Creo 9.0 student license is about to expire in 2 days.When I start up Creo on my desktop, I am offered the possibility to renew my license.When I enter my username and password, I get the message "customer not verified", and there it stops. Can you please advise me what to do? I am using Creo Parametric Release 10.0 and Datecode10.0.5.0For hole making manufacturing sequences, for whatever reason ours defaults to all models instead of reference model. To be more clear, I'm referring to when you click on the Mill tab>Holemaking Cycles>Standard (or whatever floats your boat)>References>Details>Options...the dropdown here defaults to All Models, and I am wanting it to default to reference models, since i am setting my reference model. As you can imagine, when we go to make a new program based off of an existing one, and we remove a fixture component, it causes manufacturing sequences to fail because they are being tied to these random models instead of just to the reference model.I have searched config.pro options and the knowledge database and I'm finding nothing that can point me in the right direction on whether the default to this can be set when creating new sequences. If this does not already exist, can this be added as a config.pro option?

I tried a couple of *.mcd and *.xmcd files. In one case a red "Keine Lizent" appeared, no other resonses. But no new file was created, neither in the original folder nor in any other folder. The issue was even described earlier. The found "solution" was finalised with the recommendation to contact the support. But it is not possible to open a support case (probabaly due to the trial version), although I have an old user account.

Hi dear Community, in the wikitext field of my current tracker I have the references' list to the items of another tracker, like "[ISSUE:123456] Here is the name of referenced item 1, Created: ...., Modified...., Status.,, ""[ISSUE:654321] Here is the name of referenced item 2, Created: ...., Modified...., Status.,, "etc. I need to convert this references' list to the list of NAMES of referenced items from another tracker, so that in new computed field (also wikitext) I'll get the NAMES' list like: "Here is the name of referenced item 1, Created: ...., Modified...., Status.,, ""Here is the name of referenced item 2, Created: ...., Modified...., Status.,, "etc. Which computation function / formula should be used to make this conversion? (I suppose, the function List (....) and some projections should be used). Thank you in advance for your support!
