I am having issues with the layout footers.  The footers are appearing over the top of the first row.I have a screen setup that has a header, a footer, and one row. I have two grid widgets on my screen, and I have successfully configured a button to call a service that adds any selected rows from grid # 1 to grid # 2 using Resources["InfoTableFunctions"].Union between two infotable inputs - one being the selected rows data from grid # 1 and the other being the editedtable all data of grid # 2. The output infotable from that service is bound to grid # 2.I wanted another button that would remove rows from grid # 2 if they checked an editable checkbox in the rows. I wrote another service that can iterate the rows and remove any that have the checkbox checked, but I can't bind the output of THAT service to grid # 2 since it is already bound to the output of the first service.Any suggestions?

How to calculate Limits with MathCAD symbolically...the series expansion suggest ( at least in one case ) that they should be finite, however the calculus result is infinite...Why? Furthermore it would be possible to calculate the limit without assigning a value to R ( I think not ).

I'm stacking different plates and need to know a property (modulus) at any given height depending on which plate that height falls into.  I toyed with lookups, matches and ifs but the only thing I got to work is shown here.  It does work, but it doesn't seem very efficient for what I thought was a simple problem.  I'm betting there is a very elegant solution.  I'd appreciate any improvements. Hi!I'm in a situation where i want to model a torsion spring with an intersect curve for a special reason.But i can't make CREO complete the sweep feature, only if i choose: Automatic under Horizontal/Vertical control and that ends up in a twisted cross section through the curve which is not want i want to achieve.Can anybody tell me whats wrong? Hi.I have an issue with my understanding of persistence of properties. I have defined properties for several different things as being persistent. Nevertheless, after a reboot of the OS running the TWX platform, the values of those properties get vanished. My understanding is, that this shouldn't be - otherwise why should I mark something to be persistent? Or do I understand the implementation of the persistence not correct?This happened with 5.1 and 5.3.Edit: I have the "feeling" that if a property was defined on shape or template level, the value on for individual thing persists. But if the property was defined on the thing level, that the value gets lost. Could it be a bug?Thanks.Rayed

The user cannot get his workspaces to show up in the imbedded browser of Creo .He has tried clearing the cache, the temp files, and even going into C:\PTC\workspace and deleting the cache folder there (which in turn caused him to log back into the server). he does not have this problem on one of his laptops, but on another PC he experiences this problem. On the PC he can still go into server management and change workspaces and then open a file, but he cannot see anything in the imbedded browser. We're using it for displaying an inventory view in an external webserver.- Is it possible to select the attributes returned when getting the things implementing a custom pattern? Is it possible to modify my FIL file to add a macro that looks for the sequence type "roughing" or "re-roughing" and sets a G332 R1."surface mill" or "finishing" or "pocketing" G332 R3.  does anyone on here currently do this?

I have various data sets I'm performing some analysis on. Sometimes they have blanks, sometimes not.  I can easily filter out the blanks with filterNaN.  The problem is if there are no blanks the filterNaN errors out.  So, I have to rewrite the statements for each column as to whether I need to filter or not.  I'd like one command that works whether I have blanks or not. What are my options?  Here's a simple example: Here, I want to return B = [1 2 3 4 5]^TPrime 3.1 (and is this a bug?)Thanks,

Hi All, I have a function which including two exponential components, whose power factor x and y are different. I was trying to solve it by hand or by Mathcad solver, but did not succeed. Would anyone give me the instruction how to do this?Since an approximated solution is also acceptable, I  also tried to use the brute force method, in using match(0.9, XXX) and match(0.1, XXX) to solve, but it seems an exact match cannot be achieved. If someone can teach me how to get the approximated match, that would also be very helpful. Thank you!

I have the attached linear system.  I want to solve for X1, X2, and X3 symbolically. three equations three unknowns, however the coefficients are unknown. Is this possible in MathCAD?

Hi everyone!It seems strange to me, but I am not finding in the forum any previous post to the subject.  I need to calculate the Complete Elliptic Integral of the 2nd kind.Since it will be evaluated many times inside a double loop, it would be probably unwise to define it using its "integral definition", because of performance.(from Wikipedia... sorry, I am not a mathematician...)Has someone good advice for me?  What I am going to try is to use the "Gauss hypergeometric function" that seems to be available in Mathcad (fhyper)Nevertheless I am unsure if this is a good idea.Thanks a lot for any hintsBest regardsClaudio
