I have created a datum using a 'Feature Relation' and I would like to know where this reference is saved. For example I have created a datum from another datum and set the distance as 'D2/2' and pressed enter. This then displays another box saying 'Do you want to create a feature datum' which I selected yes. Now the problem is that I have since redefined this datum and just simply entered the correct distance but when I save my model I get a relations error and I cannot find the dimensions which are identified by this error. I have checked the Relations box and this particular relation is not shown, any ideas where I could find this?This thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team. hello i make a sketch and i want to extrude , but creo don't allow me to extrude because i have intersectioni want  to make a trick ... i want to make there circle  in my case as construction circle and when i exit i want to see in exterior from sketch , i create a three points but i do not see in tree to use as refference and create three holes.can somebody give me a solution  for my problem ?Thanks,

Hello,   My group has been tasked with determining if we can merge two instances/builds of Integrity into a single instance. The two builds have very different item types, one build has been maintained and expanded since 2009, while the other build is a modification of the vanilla ALM Integrity solution installed in 2011. The goal of our task is to determine what, if any, obstacles exist while recreating all of the ALM items (Test Plans, Test Objectives, Requirement Documents, etc.) into our older Integrity build manually. Both builds are Integrity 10.6 and will soon be updated to 10.7.   One area that we are unsure of is the "MKS Test Results Metadata" item in the vanilla ALM Integrity build. When viewed from the Integrity Administration Client under Workflows and Documents > Types > MKS Test Result Metadata, the item has abbreviated item details compared to other item types: This makes me suspicious that I cannot build it by hand by going to Workflows and Documents &g

I have a question about the grouping of items like chamfers on a drawing. Take the below for example: See I had always thought it was fine to group items like this only if on the same feature. say if the O.D had a chamfer at either end then 2X would be acceptable. I have the drawing changed below but I wonder if(especially with more complex drawings) this can get a little busy looking. Is there a middle ground where common sense just comes into play? Hello everyone!There is some expert who knows how to do?In a worksheet, some math styles were defined. The same mathstyles are used in another worksheet, but in different positions in the dropdown menu where they are defined. For example: the mathstyle attributed to user 1, in the first worksheet, it corresponds to user 6 in another worksheet. Having to use the first worksheet as a reference in the second worksheet, there is a method to create a match without having to reformat the second worksheet in which is used the reference?Thanks!F. I'm trying to make an instrumentation amplifier with a 10v/v gain. My friend asked me for help, and I'm a little embarrassed to say that I couldn't help her out, but her question piqued my curiosity.From what I knew, gain was decided by the following equation:(Vout)/(V2-V1)=(1+(2*R1/Rgain))(R3/R2)But every time she tested it, she got some strange result. Am I wrong about 10v/v meaning that Vout=10(V2-V1)? How can I make this work? Any help would be appreciated.Here's a link to what we're working with.

I have a worksheet where I want to create a score on basis of a certain RPM. However, the number of RPM can differ depending on the duration of the experiment. In the worksheet I only have 4 different RPM but it can go as high as 8. Is it possible to write a program that automatically, based upon the number of different RPM, would give a number starting with 0 for the lowest RPM and increase the score by 1 for each increase in RPM?

Is it possible to setup the wt.mail.mailhost without any password?And how is that accomplished?I tried to reset the wt.mail.smtp.username and wt.mail.smtp.passwordBut no mail is coming out of the system.I tried to look in the logs but I couldn't find any attempts to email.I looked in root/logs/ (should I look somewhere else?)

We are using MKS Integrity 10.5 as our version control system.It has Eclipse 3.4 plugin in the following location: c:\Program Files (x86)\Integrity\IntegrityClient10\integrations\IBM\eclipse_3.4\Now we are planning to use Eclipse 4.5.1 software version.So I would like to check can we use eclipse_3.4 plugin itself to work with Eclipse 4.5.1 software?Please confirm are there any side effects because of this?

Hi we have 6 'Arbortext Editor - Locked License' V7.0, 1 'Arbortext Styler'-floating license V7.0 (currently installed 6.1), and 3 'Arbortext Print Composer'  V7.0 (currently installed 6.1). We currently have 8 editors, leaving 2 unable to edit. We were wondering what are our options are to get a license of Arbortext onto a terminal server so that our editors can essentially "take-turns" utilizing the licenses for the workflows? When opening the options box in creo 3.0 it is too large and out  of screen. When I try to drag and resize it for some reason creo doesn't allow this... Is there a way to resize the options box? Dear All,Good day! I encountered a problem regarding Mathcad Excel Components.As a background, in the office, we use Mathcad 15 M030 and the latest MS Excel.At home, I am using Mathcad 15 M030 also, but MS Excel 2013.It seems that the Excel components I make and use at the office cannot be made operable at home. What could possibly be the problem?I am attaching the worksheet and a snapshot of what it appears at home. It says "Insufficient memory to perform operation" when I try to open the Excel component.Am I missing something? Could you please tell me if it looks okay on your side and how I could possibly address this?Thank you very much!

Am I correct in concluding that an array of strings cannot be written to a binary file? How would I write string data to a binary file? How could I read string data from a binary file?

We are working to connect to a new domain within the company and I have all of the right JNDI adapter, domain credentials, paths, filters, etc. working.  The problem I'm having is getting Apache to work correctly with LDAPS.  The connection works with just the LDAP version of the connection string so I know that my connection information is correct.  We have the root certificates installed at the OS layer and also specified in the httpd-ssl.conf file under Apache.  I believe it's a certificate issue because it's working just using LDAP.  As soon as I go to LDAPS and the corresponding port, I have the problem.I'm looking for any guidance that you can offer where I could spot check.  I'm sure it's something small at this point but it's eluding me.  Thanks.

Hello everyone!Years ago (about 2000) I wrote a routine, Visual C ++ environment, which, given a real number with the base unit of measure, it returned the same number with the correct multiple or submultiple of the unit. For example: 1542000 Hz input, output 1.542MHz.
