Hello, There is any CLI command in MKS Integrity 9.6 for detect if a new member must be added as binary instead of text ?Some files are automatically detected as binary when you try to add them as text (e.g. doc, pdf) if contains null characters and have lines longer than 16 kB (have line terminators separated by more than 16 kB within the file).

I am having an issue getting a function to produce the results I expect. I am not sure if it is an issue with one of my conditions or the function syntax itself. When I check pieces of the function, I get the expected results, but not when it is all together. I have attached a worksheet with the function that is not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,Attached is a mathcad14 sheet.Is it possible to have mathcad generate a table after the automation of the calculation? the table is shown on the right. I did set up some equations on the left side that gives some of the values in the table. I need to automate the process because i am repeating the same steps for each element. Thanks!

I recently installed Creo 2.0. Installation seems to be successful. However, once I open a new Part, the planes and the coordinate system are not visible and I cannot start sketching. I uninstalled and re-installed Creo 2.0, but the problem remains. Any ideas? I need help!

When we launch the print preview the file is composed as a pdf automatically. How do I turn this off?I noticed that my Arbortext print preview does not look like the user beside me. Attached are some screen shots of the two different windows.Item #2 in the screen shot produces the correct view of the print preview.Does anyone know how it is that we have different looks to the print preview? How can I get my setup to be like Item #2?

Hello,I'm looking to return the smallest non zero value from a vector. The purpose is to 'unnormalize' the eigenvectors so that I can compare to my hand calculations and keep them ordered in a better manner (personal preference).Attached is the worksheet that I have been working on. The problem is I'm unsure how to return the smallest non zero, as I haven't found the function to return the 2nd smallest or third smallest value.

Hi all,This might be an incredibly basic question but I'm a newcomer to MathCAD and a bit stuck...I'm looking for a function that will independently solve a set of equations for me - so, for example, I have equations in the formatA(X) - B(Y) = 0Where A and B are further functions of other variables. Basically, I want to have MathCAD return the values of Y (to make the above true) whilst I'm varying the value of X (as vector input values).All of the functions I have used so far have been about solving a set of simulataneous equations. I've been trying to use the "Find" function but I'm not having any success using it for independent equations....Hope that's not too ambiguous and someone can help.Thanks!

I am working on a sheet that uses strain compatibility to determine the neutral axis locations of a compression member with given axial forces.I have attached the part of this sheet that I need help with. I believe I have everything set-up correctly for the constraints and have canceled units within the equations, but now I need to add a solving step. This should be able to work using a function definition with the Find function, but I have not been able to set this up correctly. I am also getting stuck trying to use multiple axial forces (in a vector) and getting an output of the corresponding neutral axis locations.Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks,Karl

Hi there,I have recently installed Creo 2.0 from the PTC website, I am a student and I recieved the educational activation code.Everything installed but when I went to open Creo 2.0 Parametric everything is flipped over the horizontal axis. When I go to sketch the cursor is mirrored to the other half of the screen.Has anybody has this issue before? I want to shrink the size (rows) or remove the column containing the comments for affected objects. It looks like each object in the affected objects table takes up 3-4 rows. We currnetly only add comments to the resulting object table. What file should I look to modify?

Hi,When I installed Integrity Server, I followed the instructions to connect the Integrity security layer to our Active Directory. And it works great. If a user wants to use Integrity, it just enters his usual Windows login and password and it works.But, if the same user tries to connect the same Integrity Server through the Eclipse module, it fails.The users faces the following error message:com.mks.api.response.APIConnectionException: Failed to establish a session: Session not authenticated/authorizedAnd the Integrity Server log contains the following trace:ERROR [mksis.IntegrityServer] * * * * ERROR * * * * (0): ICAllowSpecificConnectionPolicy failed the connection. Connection: <IP @>: is not on the list of acceptable machines.I tried to add the following line to the security properties file:mks.security.policy.scheme.<IP subnet>=windows_clearBut this doesn't fix the issue. HiI have imported a model as a prt. and reworked it in Creo Parametric, now I need to save it as an stl. so it can be 3D printed.But for some reason it's not actually saving as an stl. The model is solid and saves as a prt. easily but how do I get an stl. out of it?ThanksJeremy

Hello,I have just installed Creo 2 and I cannot get it running at all. Specifically, clicking shortcut icons or windows start menu icons does nothing, the only confirmation that I get from my computer that i clicked those icons is that I get a little loading circle by my pointer for about a second and thats it. Nothing opens, no apps launch, no processes or services lunch, nothing. I have triend reinstalling and I have tried updating my graphics driver and neither has helped.Thank you.

Say for example f=0.1, 0.2, 0.3 ... 50 Hz, and the corresponding Power Spectral Densities.If I use the medsmooth function, I have to specify the window width, and it would be a constant window. What I need is a window that, for example, around1 Hz is (1.2-0.8)/0.1 = 4 points and around 20 Hz should be (24-16)/0.1 = 80 points ... Does it exist in Mathcad function for smoothing a data vector where I can specify the window width as a percent of the data value itself? Or have I to program it by myself? I have already looked at the various "smoothing" functions and quick sheets, but I do not find anything appropriate.Thanks a lot in advance for any hints.Best r
