I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.1.2 Users are unable to create a Product when selecting a specific Product Template. During the creation process, Windchill returns an error and the Product is not created. Please find the Method Server error attached. We have already verified the following: Users belong to the Product Creators group. Permissions required to create Products have been reviewed and appear to be correctly configured. Other Product Templates can be used successfully. The issue seems to be related only to this specific Product Template. Additionally, the Method Server error references a user account that no longer exists in Windchill and belongs to a former employee. The user that has permission to create a Product is A. Hi,I’m using ThingWorx 9.3.0-b20 with Analytics Manager, and I’m facing an issue where analytics jobs stay in “Waiting” state for a long time.This does not happen all the time, but occurs around 3–5 times per day.The jobs only start running after I manually trigger another job (e.g., test an analysis model or create a new job). Once I do that, the waiting jobs immediately execute.Expected: Jobs should start automatically without manual trigger.Actual: Jobs get stuck until another job “wakes them up”.Questions:Is this a known issue in 9.3? The Word export template is exporting specific information into a table  The table has a font and font size  set.  However, when the data is export certain data items (not all) have the text size changed as they are exported.  And example of this is the item «item.signed.urlKeyId»  This item is consistently changed from a size 6 to size 10 when exported.  I have attempted to set the 'Ignore HTML formatting';  I have added a style to the table and set the font style and size with this as well; I have added a paragraph with a font style and size as well;  None of these attempts seem to help.

After opening the STEP file and confirming the import as an assembly, some of the imported components is not correctly recognized: the square icon, which indicates that the component's constraints or degrees of freedom have been correctly identified, does not appear in the Component Tree. By opening the Edit Constraint Definition dialog and simply clicking OK, without making any changes, the system immediately updates the component status and the square icon appears in the Component Tree. This behavior demonstrates that the recognition of constraints (or degrees of freedom) is not performed automatically during the import process, but only after a manual user action. We therefore request that, once a STEP file import is completed, the software automatically recognize and update the constraints for all imported components, eliminating the need to manually confirm each individual component.

Did PTC change how licensing works for multiple Creo workers on same machine?  We previously had  1 PROE_FoundationVis license for multiple workers set up on our visualization machine for many years as directed both here: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS29308 and here: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS473636 but when our contract was renewed, it seems PTC removed the  DUP_GROUP = "UHD"  directive from the PROE_FoundationVis license (as well as our Creo Advanced and Creo Advanced Professional licenses), and now each worker seems to pull a license.  That directive allows “Same user on same host and same display consumes one license even with multiple xtop processes” -- Found out the hard way when our extra workers went to start up and I got 1200 emails informing me that my CAD worker failed to start.  Anyone know if this was intentional on the part of PTC?  I have a case open - and I tried reaching out to License Management but got disconnected after being on hold for 20

Hi,I am using Kepware Server v7.0.236 with FTView v16 on Windows Server 2025 in a Domain setup.  The Kepware Server is installed on the same server as the FTView application.  I have a FTView Client PC (Windows 11 24H2) which runs the FTView client.  The problem is when I run the FTView client on the W11 PC any tags on a graphic which directly address the Kepware server don’t read. I’ve gone through every step of the Kepware “Configuration Guide Remote OPC DA (DCOM)” and had a 2 hour Teams session with Kepware UK Tech support (MAC Solutions) while I’ve had remote desktop connection to the server. We went through the settings on both the Server and Client step by step and confirmed the recommended settings were in place and even uninstalled/reinstalled Kepware but nothing has worked.Anyone had similar issues and found solutions ?

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.0.2 Good morning, our users are having trouble uploading files to Windchill/Creo 8. When they try to save the file on the client, they get the following error: “HTTP Upload Failed.” “Content upload failed due to an invalid response from the server.” Today,after check the problem with users, we restarted the server where Windchill is installed, which also serves as “Intralink” for our plant’s site. After the restart, they were able to save a file once, but then the error reappeared. We need support to analyze and resolve this issue.
