Hi everyone,I am setting up a Random Vibration analysis in Creo Simulate and I am running into an issue regarding Measures. It appears that none of the measures I create are available for selection or evaluation within this specific analysis type.Specifically, I need to output the following two quantities: Failure Index: I need to track the failure index across the random vibration analysis, but it does not appear as an option. Stresses in a custom coordinate system: some standard stress components are available, but they are strictly tied to the global coordinate system. I need to evaluate direct stresses relative to a user-defined, local coordinate system. Is there a specific workflow or workaround required to enable custom measures, or to evaluate failure indices and localized stresses, for a random vbration analysis?Any insights or step-by-step guidance would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance,

I Transferred a Perpetual License,License shows as ‘good’ in the license utility.License shows as ‘Active’ on the Kepware website.BUT KepserverEX is still showing a 2hr time limit, after which, it deactivates. License support expiry is 10/2019.I am uncertain what Kepserver version it was originally running on.Now running on Kepserver 6.18.318.0 QUESTIONS:Is this a Kepserver version issue? How do I see what version of kepserver my licenses need?Or has Kepware made it so you can't transfer older licenses without paying?

Hi all,A few years back I had a use case where I wanted to use the kepware configuration API to create and modify advanced tags from thingworx. Does anyone know if this functionality has been added or is in the future plans to be developed?

I have a requirement for taking IEC61850 data from an IED device into the Kepserver. After which i need Factorytalk view SE using OPC UA client to read that data. How can I go about it?

We are using Windchill PDMLink 13.0.2.11 and need to hide the "Rename History" option from the Timeline History dialog.So far we have:Enabled JCA Debug Mode. Verified there is no ladybug/debug icon associated with the Rename History option. Reviewed the available ACE support files and could not find any DAT or UI configuration related to this action.Has anyone customized or removed this option? Is it controlled through an Action Model, MVC Builder, Java customization, or another supported mechanism?Any guidance would be appreciated.

Created a Thing using the MQTT Thing template as described in the documentation. Configured the MQTT broker as demo.thingsboard.io. Created a property on the Thing and configured the corresponding mapping in the Mapping infotable under the Configuration section. Issues The MQTT Thing never connects to the broker. When I try to update the property value under the Properties tab, I receive the following error: "Error occurred: Unexpected error occurred on server." Version: Windchill 11.0 Use Case: We are running Windchill 11 (Pro/Intralink 11) and have many years of data from about 7-8 engineers over the years and considering upgrading. We only use the very basic intralink features, check in and check out, and mainly the ability to use parts from multiple folders.Description: We also have perpetual floating licenses good through Creo 7 that we have not been paying maintenance on since 2020 when we shutdown for Covid. My network manager wants to move the Windchill stuff to Windows server 2022 for security/support reasons. To do that it appears we need to upgrade and migrate to Windchill 13x and then also get current of subscription licenses.Unfortunately, as usual,  it appears we need consulting support to upgrade Windchill as we have done in the past.  I know I am venting but it is a bit crazy to have to pay $35k+ every time this software needs an upgrade.  Also, moving Creo to subscription is nearly twice to cost of previous

If I create a notification entity in composer, and a trigger, it will put information about this in 2 tables in the DB (notificationcontent_model, notificationdefinition_model). When I delete a trigger, it is not deleting this row from the table. Because of this, I cannot create a new trigger with the same name on the same notification entity. For now, I have been deleting this row in the DB table in order to ensure this name is available for use again. I also noticed the same thing happens if you delete the entire notification entity. None of its data are removed from the tables in the DB. Is this a bug? Are there any side effects to removing these rows from the table in the DB when a trigger is deleted?

Hi,I am looking to connect to Fanuc Robodrill CNC and collect some of the machine parameters.What would I need to get in order to get this? I already have Kepserver with AB driver talking down to the site.Can i set up Focas and Ethernet/IP on Fanuc Robodrill to make it work as plant port already used to communicate with AB PLC on plant?

Using the Open Torque Tool Protocol driver, I am struggling connecting a Atlas Copco MT Focus 6000 (not Power Focus). According to the Kepware driver supported devices, this is a supported device. However, it has proven impossible to connect to the LTR tags and the 1201/1202 tags to get torque results. We have validated that the 'Communication' messages are successful and valid, and can validate data via diagnostics. However, the driver does not recognize the data format and sets most tag quality to 'Bad (Out of Service)' We have tried every message revision and MID8 / MID60.  Is it truly possible to get torque result data from an MTF6000 using Kepware's Open Torque Tool Protocol driver?

Does any else has same problem? Just documentation and community results are found.

Exemple : Pièce A ==> 3 TROUS Ø10 espacés de 100 mm; Pièce B ==> 4 TROUS Ø10 espacés de 25 mm. En général, dans ma table de famille j’ajoute un paramètre chaine (STRING), disons C, pour lequel j’indique alors pour la pièce A, 2x100=200 et pour la pièce B, 3x25=75. Ainsi je peux coter le générique, peu importe le nombre de trous puisque je crée une cote 2d nommée C entre le premier et le dernier trou. Jusqu’alors, le paramètre C est renseigné manuellement pour chaque instance et est donc sujet à erreur. Hey there,I’m following the mouse tutorial (Link) and loosing my hair over the geometry import at 12m13s. I cannot rectangle select the faces nor does another online workaround I read about holding right mouse button on a face and “select all” appear. The only option I have atm is selecting every single face one after another holding control. Which on some models are thousands, so not feasible. I tried holding LMB and drag, tried it with RMB, MMB, holding shift, alt or ctrl in addition but no success.Here’s how it looks (language is set to german by the company): How can I select all of them? Hi, as you can seeat the bottom of the picture, when evaluting the function “Iresonance”, instead of replacing the variable with the actual, it gives “function” in the result, but the function “wresonace” is already defined. How to subtitute it? Thanks 

We are facing an issue in our ThingWorx 9.3 Production environment where Timer Things and Schedulers are not executing, while the same configuration works correctly in other environments.EnvironmentThingWorx Version: 9.3 License: Valid until 2027 Issue specific to production environmentValidation PerformedVerified Timer Thing is enabled. Verified runAsUser is set to Administrator. Verified subscriptions are enabled. Compared Timer Thing XML/configuration between working (test) and non-working (production) environments; no significant differences found. Created a new test Timer Thing with a simple logging subscription; it did not trigger. Created a test Scheduler; it also did not execute. Restarted the ThingWorx server. Verified license status through Licensing Subsystem.

Hello all, I've been tasked with creating some WorkflowActions that shall obtain data, process it and write the result to an item field (text, choice, table - differs per WA), where the triggering Member lacks write access to the field. A use case is (e.g.) writing "administrative data" to item fields that are not visible to members with certain roles (e.g. "Externals" or "Non privileged" regular users). Since a WorkflowAction is, by design, always executed in the context of the triggering user, this cannot be achieved by default. Is there a way to execute these field updates under a different user context (e.g. "system user") from within the WorkflowAction, or to run the WorkflowAction itself under a different context? Another approach could be utilising the "Execute as" mechanism available for some "predefined" WorkflowAction (disabled by default) - is there a way to use this from a custom WorkflowAction (possibly with a "hard wired" user, defined in the WA)? Any ideas or suggestions

Hi,Creo tells me that embedded components in an inseparable assembly are missing:How is this possible? My understanding is that those components are saved in the assembly file-how can they be missing?
