HiI am experiencing a visualization issue in Creo Ansys Simulation. (12.4.2.0)The simulation completes successfully and the result legend/color scale is displayed correctly. However, when viewing the results, the part is displayed as a wireframe and the contour plot (fringe colors) is not shown on the geometry.The issue occurs across all simulation types and result types that I have tested.An interesting observation is that when I start a result animation, the contour colors immediately appear and are displayed correctly during the animation. Once the animation stops, the model returns to the wireframe-only display.Has anyone encountered this behavior before?Thanks 

Hello. It is posible to rout a pipeline and add a fittings using toolkit in creo piping? Anybody has such expiriens?   Looks like posible to get some information about pipes in creo, but not posible to create new features...

In a n assembly, I want to edit a part with all the rest visible. So I click 'Activate' and make my changes. I cannot find a way to 'deactivate' and go back to normal assembly mode, though. The only way I have found is to save everything, close creo completely, and reopen. How do I Deactivate?

Hi there , How can I work in Mathcad faster. it freezes when I use large data I have to use loop functions , however , it took so much time and doesn't calculate I have to close it and open it again and still doesn’t work  Thanks, Yusra 

I need to create a create wizard for soft type WTParts, but I want to skip the context selection step (by pre-selecting it) and start directly from the subsequent screen.However, no matter how I configure `custom-actions.xml`, I can't figure it out.Could you tell me how to solve this? need to skip I would like the pop-up window to launch immediately at that stage. 

hi all,I’m trying to setup a Modbus TCP/IP connection on a thingworx Kepware server 6.18, to an energy meter from Circutor (CVM-E3-MINI-ITF-WiEth, manual can be found here M170F01-03.pdf). I’ve setup connections to other energy meters before using Modbus TCP/IP without issues, but with this device I keep getting unrealistic values.I’ve literally tried using all different combinations on Data access & encoding, but the output I’m seeing seems either extremely high or extremely low, sometimes more or less stable but often also varying a lot which can normal if the byte order was swapped.The manual doesn’t really tell much on the Modbus-TCP setup, like what device-id I need to be using. So far I’ve tested mostly with device-ID 1 which seems most logical in that case, but I’ve used other device-id’s like 2 or 7.I’m hoping anyone has some experience with these types of devices or recognizes this type of behaviour and has some ideas on how to solve it.Many thanks in advance.H.

!--scriptorstartfragment-->Hello, I would like to simulate a mechanism consisting of a pendulum (Point A), a pulley (Point B), and a slider (Point C) in an assembly. The conditions are:- The wire between Point A and Point C is inextensible (constant length, no stretch, no slack).- The wire passes over Point B (pulley).- The pendulum is rigid one-part. My questions are: 1. Is it possible to build such an assembly model using relations or other Creo mechanisms?2. Can this model be used for motion simulation in MDO (Mechanism Dynamics Option)? I tried using relations based on measured distances (Analysis → Measure).However, it seems that the measure feature cannot be used on the left-hand side of a relation, so I could not enforce the constraint properly. Does anyone have suggestions for modeling this kind of system in Creo?(I am useing Creo11) Thank you in advance.``!--scriptorendfragment-->

I would like to use the result of a quadratic function for another mathematical operation. Example: F(x)=4x^2+x-3 gives the results -1.0 and 0.75. I would like to use the value 0.75 for another operation. Please give me some tips on how to write this in Mathcad.

Hi There , I always face this error and I don’t know how to solve this . I am using Creo Parametric Release 5.0 and Datecode5.0.6.0 I currently need to work from home, so I am using the Home Edition license of PROE_DesignEssH in my home office environment. I need to open *.drw files created by my colleagues using PROE_DesignEss (155) (which includes the Creo Language Option License—CHINESE (formerly Pro/ENGINEER)), but the Chinese characters in these files appear as squares (unreadable). hi, i am doing a hololens project. and i have bind 3D images (play button, stop button) to the animation sequence. How to i create voice commands to the 3D images. For example, by saying "PLAY" and the animation will start playing.

I’m testing out a multibody part design workflow.Everything seems to work well except for the link to the source model.If the source model is moved or renamed, the child models regenerate but I can’t find a way to reestablish the link. Any suggestions?My workflow.Create multibody part. Import the multibody part into a new (empty part) using inheritance. This brings in solid bodies and datums. Do “keep bodies” to keep just the single body that is necessary. Repeat for other bodies. Close parent and child parts, erase from session. Rename or move parent part. Open one of the child parts and try to re-link.

First we create a function which tables a function with three arguments, so that the result is a nested array consisting of a vector of matrizes. Ever of those matrices shows the function values whith constant third argument z and x as rows and y as columns.

Dear all, Hope everyone is doing well. I am using Mathcad Prime 8 and I am trying to find a way to convert a pdf (originally a mathcad file) into a mathcad file (e.g. mcdx). There are formula equations in that file and so far when I try adding the file into Mathcad, the formulas are not recognized. Is there any way to do this? Best regards,Vich

Hi all, On version 10.0.0 and this is an issue I am just noticing as of recent (maybe just after updating our dev to 10.0.0). There is this dependency with an entity called 'open-tabs' but I don't see it used anywhere in the mashup and don't even know what the entity is (based on name seems like a default thingworx entity). Any ideas on what this is or how to resolve this dependency? 

I'm new to MathCad,And I have some dificulties When I try to calculate natural frequency for a system.I find the unit can not convert rightly from rad/s to Hz,As you can see in the attached worksheet,when I change the unit of the circular frequency from rad/s to Hz,the value 144.644 will not change.Does the system see them as the same unit?but I know that the circular frequecy is not same as frenquency.Thanks!Best Regards!
