Version: Windchill 13.0 Use Case: When Launching PSI installer, the Next button is faded.Description: RHEL 9.2Windchill Version 13.0.2.5Java : 17.0.11 or 17.0.15 When we launch the PSI installer, The Next button is faded and i dont see any loggers captured under /tmp.  

Hi,    I was researching how to upgrade from 9.0 to 9.7. The use case for this is to use the Foundation Installer instead of the WAR file installation.    As far as I know, the Foundation installer requires an empty database to proceed with the installation. So, in this case, how can I attach the Upgraded DB to the Foundation Installer?   Currently, I plan to use an empty database for installation. Once PTC ThingWorx 9.7 is installed, I will update the database configuration in the Platform-settings.json file to reflect the upgraded database. Will this work?Thingworx Version: 9.0.0   Thanks,

During Thingworx Applications 10.0 installation, in the "Install Applications" step, I get the error below:"ERROR 2025-06-13 16:39:09.120 Install Applications - Error Code: 25002CORE Unknown step: com.thingworx.dsl.exceptions.DSLRequestProcessingException: Invalid Reference to Object In Script" I'm using MSSQL, I think I used the right collations. What could be the reason?

I have a loop with two conditions in it, none of which are satisfied.I created a variable 'a' and defined it as zero, and inside the loop, I made it change 'a' to 1 if the If conditions are satisfied. as shown in the figure below, a is still zero after the loop, meaning the conditions are not satisfied. However, the vector y4 is modified even though it only has equations to modify it inside the same conditions for variable 'a', which is unchanged:what am I missing here?I attached the file. I am using Creo Parametric Release 11.0 and Datecode11.0.3.0The Preview File button has disappeared from the File Open window. I use this feature all the time. Please advise how to restore the function. I have searched the config options but no luck. Thanks.

Hi allI'm at the start of the free trial period.  i have the converter installed and have tried to convert files.  The converter acts like the files are converted and sent to the source folder but the conversion does not take place.  I cant access other support so hope you can help - thanks

Hello, I have a Mathcad sheet which I am working on to find the factor of safety for block walls. The sheet will calculate and spit out a text "Stable", "Unstable" based on a comparison , which I have provided in the logic. What I request to have is a Mathcad prompt, that checks the array FS_OT to see how many "UNstable" are there. If so, it should send out a message saying "UnStable" and tell me at which level of the layer of blocks are unstable. Please help on this as I am not that pro level. My Mathcad version is Prime 10. This is not an error issue so no screenshots were provided. Thank you very much

Product: Arbortext Editor 8.2.2.1 I using window_create() to create an 'edit' window to contain a loaded document. If I just call it with the class parameter of 'edit', I end up with a bare-bones window, no menubar, toolbars, etc.  Looking at what is available for the flags parameter, I can find no option to tell  Editor to just give a window like the one that comes up when launching Editor from the Windows Start menu, or via File->Open. Is there a simple way to obtain the appropriate bitmask for window_create() that represents the defaults?

Hello, I'm having a hard time understanding units in Mathcad. I'm trying to plot an axial capacity vs depth after integrating the Axial_cap function with different depth. It works without when i have no units, but it shows an error : "These units are not compatible". I don't understand what's the problem.

Hey folks!Need a bit of help...So I’ve got this huge assembly in Creo that takes forever to open — like 30-40 mins easily. When I peeked into the task manager, I noticed it’s only using a single CPU core, even though the machines/workstations have quad-core and some even octa-core processors. Is this normal for Creo? Or is there some any setting or config tweak I may be missing that can make it use all cores and speed things up?Many thanks in advance.Ciao,Srikar

In PTC Mathcad Prime 10.0.0.0 I am using an if else statement where I am comparing two variables, qu and qt with the same units, psf. However, I am getting the error that the value must be scalar. I am trying to get a return of qu or qt depending on what their values are. I would appreciate help in a solution for this.
