In this part I have set some gtol attached in the dimensions.But, as you can see in the 1st picture, they are not visualized normally, but only if I edit the feature where there are the dimensions they are referred.This because I have created Gtol on a dimension.If I created the gtol "with leader", in the 3d view it would be visualized.Is there a manner to visualize the gtol of each kind?Is there a manner to visualize the gtol on the dimensions if I select them in the model tree?Thanks.Regards.This thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team. Hello!,I'm confused of using search in windchill. I have cad files on my folder. but when I'm try to search it. it give me no results. How come that it give me no results?. This is my cad files. I want to search 4455-007.prt Assuming that i dont know the exact file name so that I type 007* in the search tect box.Can somebody help me about this matter? thanks!Luar

Hello everyone, i hope all are having a great day.I started this discussion because im having a little problem solving a system of 2 ordinary diff eqs.Im not defining a function for t or x because theres not a way to put this in function of w.Also I dont know if i define w with a random numer and t and x with random functions would affect the final result. I just want to solve the differential eqs. I defined r(w) for example for simplicity. The problem im trying to solve is for chemical engineering. Please confirm the proper procedure for installing Creo 3.0 on a team computer that already has 2.0 installed and running, we wanted to keep both available and downloaded the CREO 3.0 files, everything seemed to load OK , then we opened CREO 3.0 , it booted until it got to the license and said neother license was valid, we also have MathCAD on thsi computer so there are 2 license file nunbes coming up. CREO 2.0 still runs OK, do we need another license from PTC specifically for CREO 3.0 ? or do we need to remove the old license files and then get a new one to cover all 3 programs ?Thank you

I adjusted logging levels of several categories as I was tracking down an issue that was causing Integrity to log errors on a regular basis. I found the problem (a rogue client) and fixed the problem. However, I am unable to stop the CACHE logger from logging. I even tried setting the logging level to -100. Wondering if anyone has tips or comments to use of that option. I have an axisymmetric model where L-beam cross-sections (which are "fill surfaces") are changed during optimizations. It seems like it would be necessary to check that option so that the elements stay shaped properly when dimensions change dramatically. I'd think this would be very stable... but my optimizations routinely get through 4-12 iterations... and then fail with a "your model is unconstrained" error.  I can change all dimensions to the last set and run a normal static analysis and nothing becomes unconstrained. If I re-mesh and re-start, the optimization typically chugs along find for a while again... and then comes unhinged.  If I do NOT use that feature, the optimization chugs along fine for a while... and then simply provides an unuseful "fatal engine error" message. I presume the elements get stretched or compressed to unacceptable shapes. Anyone with experience out there that could help?T

Hi All,I have a problem with the scriptable drop-down menu object. If I select a value from the list, and then save the model, the set value will be forgotten by Mathcad upon opening again. And the default value (first one) is set again.Can this behavior by any method be changed?Thanks,Zsolt

I am trying to insert a program (the attached HW 2 Corrected) into another program (HW 5 Part A) so that I can pull values from HW 2 and use them in HW 5. How can I do this?

Does anybody out there happen to have a file showing the correct modeling of Inland 4-way plate medium pattern? I have looked all over the net trying to find something, with no luck. The Ryerson catalog that I have shows the correct dimenisons for the lug, but not on how to space the lugs from one another. Any help would be appreciated. Hello,I have WF5 and Intralink 10.2. I have some parts in a workspace that I have modified but are not checked-out. I am trying to upload them to my server-side workspace, but it is not letting me. I get an error that says: "Modifications not eligible for upload". I can only upload after I check-out the part. This is confusing to me because when I search for uploading in the help menu it gives me the following: Upload is valid for new or modified files. Supported files include those in the following states. Files that are not checked outNew objects with a duplicate filename with objects already in the commonspace or in another workspace.According to this statement, I should be able to upload. What am I missing? This is annoying because I cannot perform a "Save As" unless the part is uploaded and I feel that I should not have to check-out a part to perform a save as.Please help!Thanks,James

HI!colleagues started to use Creo Simulate 2.0.now the they complain it's too slow. I'm the IT guy and have not much simulation experience. Hello All I am doing a minimization of the torque in mathcad and the solution that i am getting is heavily influenced by the guess values and each time I change the guess value a,b etc even by a small amount,it gives me a different answer. I really am not sure why it is doing that and also how am I going to rectify it.I have enclosed my worksheet . Any help would be greatly appreciated

An assembly cut is being made on one end of a part. That end of the part had two tapped holes. Now that the material has been removed, the threads are still showing (suspended in air). Hey, I am unable to solve my find block. I've defined my 2 equations, with a total of 2 unknowns, and have initial guesses for both. When I try to solve for the 2 variables, it says that my find function is undefined.Anyway to solve this?Im using mathcad 15. thanksIn the file, its under "Analysis".

Is there anyone out there who has successfully created an Office Worker for Creo View 3 Adaptor for PDF and could share their experiences?Apparently there is a know bug regarding the GS Worker, that it fails to start (CS16946 and CS93677). The work around is to create a shortcut to the WorkerDaemon.exe program and place it in the Startup. However, this is not working for me either. Hi allI am working inside a BOM table calling out the part description in one of two different languages. The parameters that I am calling up are: &asm.mbr.PART_NAME or &asm.mbr.DESCRIZIONE. My problem is that I want to display the DESCRIZIONE only if PART_NAME does not exist. How do you pan in Creo? Is it on the menu? Or do you do something with the mouse? Is it possible that you can't pan?
