Is there anyway to control or optimize the lay of the cables in a route? As you can see in the screenshot, the 8th cable in this route is in a suboptimal location and it’s driving the overall location diameter to be much larger in the model than it would in reality.

Hello,I’m using Creo Parametric 10.0.9.0 with a student license.My license expired a few days ago, so I reissued it from the official website.The PDF said to download Creo 12, so I downloaded Creo 12.When I opened setup.exe and tried to enter the code, an error occurred and I couldn’t proceed any further.I’ve deleted the old license from my PC’s folder.If anyone knows a solution, I’d really appreciate your help.

 Hey all! In Creo, we have a default Coordinate System as shown in the image that is viewed as Creo’s Standard Orientation (I believe is Trimetric). However, when I Windchill’s visualization viewer, it looks like it imposes a different coordinate system (Y and Z are switched) in Windchill. Does anyone know of any tricks to align these views?Currently all of our thumbnail views are being shown from the bottom on all parts which isn’t as helpful as it should be! Hi Team,Looking for suggestions. We have limited Creo Parametric licenses (PROE_DesignAdvP T3 and PROE_DesignAdv T2). Is it possible to control license selection via the Creo launch .bat file so it checks FlexNet availability and automatically switches to the next available license if the preferred one is fully consumed?I’ve tried using lmutil lmstat in the batch file to check license usage. it checks the license count then close the launcher bat. i tried different codes but it is still bypassing the license count check. I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.2.14 When we create the Implementation Plan for our Change Notices, our Change Admins manually prepend the number of the CN to the Change Task Name field for the convenience of our users (when looking at their My Tasks tables). We would like to automate this process since it is time consuming for the admins. I have attempted to write code to do this automatically, but it seems that the API does not allow this after the object is persisted. I would like to understand why this is possible manually but does not appear to work programmatically. I see the Name field in the CA Master table but don't see an alternate "name" in the CA iteration table. Does a stream entry timestamp represent the moment of AddStreamEntry service execution or the moment the stream entry is processed ?

By default, the UN Hole Sizes in Creo 10 go up to 1½ - 6.  We deal with larger holes quite often.  How can this be changed so that UN Hole Size options are available up to 2 ½?Thank you!

Software: Creo Elements/Direct Modeling 19.0Goal: I am looking for a way to automatically rename all components (parts and assemblies) within a specific top-level assembly using a sequential naming convention (e.g., PART-001, PART-002, PART-003...).Details: Doing this manually in the Structure Browser is extremely time-consuming for large assemblies. I would like to find a solution (either a built-in command or a LISP script) that allows me to: Select a Parent Assembly. Define a Prefix (e.g., "MYSYSTEM-"). Automatically apply a three-digit increment (001, 002...) to all children. Questions: Is there a hidden command in the standard UI that supports "Prefix + Increment" renaming? If not, does anyone have a LISP macro or utility that can automate this task? Are there any "Best Practices" to avoid naming conflicts when doing this in a large session? Any help, sample code, or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
