Is it possible to download old PTC software during Sustained Support? Unable to find old datecodes of expired PTC products on Software Download web page. Is it possible to download installation files for products which are expired and no longer part of Standard Support policy?

I would like some help to develop a loop in Mathcad that appends each intersection point between a piecewise linear curve and a set of straight lines, to the piecewise linear curve matrix. The attached Mathcad Prime 11 file contains the details and a fuller explanation of this request for assistance. 

In TWX 9.6 the edit icon or link have padding and are too big. I can change this very easily in the console as shown below, but I cannot figure out how to do this in the CSS, or if there is another way. I am trying to do this... I couldn't find any documentation on styling the grid specifically. I would like to upgrade Tomcat version without upgrading Thingworx version, currently my Tomcat version is 9.0.88 and it is showing as outdated by IT Department Can we do anything my Thingworx version is 9.5.3 If I upgrade to Thingworx 10 I will get tomcat version 11

I have 5 states, design, development, production gate, production change and production released.  When a user create a new CAD document it starts in design and has to go through the production gate to reach production released.  The production gate is intended for CAD moving from development prototypes to production and requires extra approvals. But there are times when production engineers need to create a part which do not have to go through the production gate approvals. Is there a way allow them to create a part in the production change state? I see in the ACL that there are permissions for create in the specified state but I'm not sure how to set the life cycle state before creating and checking in a new part. 

Hi,I am trying to implement ProMdlReadonlyIgnore with reference to article CS398373, as I am unable to upload parameters while it is in Checkin state. Untill Creo 7.0.11 I was able to do it, but same action in Creo 10.0.5 is demanding me a checkout. By referring article CS398373 I figured we have to use ProMdlReadonlyIgnore(I suppose not as a custom API) but PTC provided. I do not see any document in Creo Parametric TOOLKIT API Wizard .Can I get some help here.

I need to transfer a Kepware license (offline)...  1. I created the trasfer_request file on the 1st server... no issues2. I uploaded the transfer_request file to kepware portal... no issues3. I created the activation_request file in the 2nd server... no issues4. I uploaded the activation_request file to kepware portal and everything seems to be ok... I complete the form with the requested information... no issues5. however when trying to create the activation_response file, the file is not generated and google is only redirecting me to a page with the next title "Legal Policies, Agreements and Disclaimers" (see attached image)Please advise... I really need to get the activation_response file in order to activate the 2nd server.

Vers. 10.0.5.0Creo program has stopped using the config options i've had before, specifically inverted zoom shown in picture. I am unsure which is correct for the zoom option i want (Yes or no) however i have tried changing the config file to both options and it has not changed zoom direction and uses the default scroll wheel down = zoom in & scroll wheel up = zoom out.The only notable difference i've done recently is closed the program improperly by closing the pc but this has not changed the config files for me before. Any advice is very appreciated!Solution:Using the link provided and testing what config.pro was being loaded, it turned out to be start up/working directory. Reselecting the working directory with the config.pro solved the problem.

Hello, I have applied an appearance to a model for carbon steel. I added the appearance by highlighting the whole part, then selecting the desired appearance. Where the issue comes into play is if you modify the part in any way, it will change the cut/intersected surfaces back to the default generic/grey appearance while it needs to be the new carbon steel appearance. Is there some sort of setting to fix this? Please see example below.

Hi PTC community.We’ve recently discovered a behavior of the wcadmin user related to Describe by document update.1. We created a Doc Part NMBP-G1 with Releasable Describe by document NMBP-ICT for its first version.2. Upon release, it has the “NMBP-ICT” releasable document and a Releasable Report (parts list) linked to it. This is normal behaviour and what we expect to see. 3. Then I revised the Doc Part NMBP-G1 to version 2.2 via a CN and replaced the “NMBP-ICT” document with a “NMBP-SVD” document as the describe by document. 4. Then This Rev 2.2 of the Doc Part NMBP-G1 and “NMBP-SVD” document were then released.5. For some reason, We updated the previous describe by document NMBP-ICT and released on a separate CN. Upon release of Rev 2 of the “NMBP-ICT” document, wcadmin user adds the Rev 2 “ICT” document back in as a describe by document automatically to the original Doc part NMBP-G1 without notification. and also rev up the Doc part to version 2.3. &nbs

Hello,When I make a drawing of a part, we are making it two pages as the second one is same for all including general information. I have a question. Can I make a .frm file and make a drawing with that format to have 2 pages? I do have .frm file for the first page for general title block and another .frm file for second page to insert after manually creating second page at the drawing. What I need create a two page .frm file and when I call it at the beginning it will create desired two page drawing without need of creating second page afterwards.Please ask if it is not clear for you. Hi,    I always used a generated license.bin file from the License Management Portal. While we are installing through the Thingworx installer, we have a license configurator where we enter details such as the username and password for the License Management portal. The license configuration then automatically generates the license.bin file and activates it.    I would like to know what is the technically correct way: Generating a license.bin file or License configurator  Once the password changes, the license configurator may have trouble renewing it. Or once the license expires, there is a downtime to generate a new one and restart the machine (although we can pre-check the expiration date and do things in advance)   Thanks,

Hello Sir/Madam, I created one Experience In which I bound data to label in preview it shows value but in IPAD it shows only "Label" text. (same thing happening with Gauge widget). As well as when I am enable state definition to Gauge widget It shows only color (no value). Could anyone explain me this behavior of Vuforia View?

I have created a custom change notice and change task workflow in my Windchill instance. The two workflows are based on the OOTB configurations for change notices and change tasks. When my change task gets to a state of "Implementation" the user can respond to a task put into their workspace with a vote of "Production". This will set the state of the change task to a state of "Production". The workflow for the change task is "Executed" at this point. The workflow for the change notice stops at the "Set Change Notice Resolution Date" task. In the process manager, this task is highlighted green and "Running". By looking at the change notice, I can see that a date has been attributed to the "Resolution Date" attribute. But when I check to see if the activity has any errors against it in the "Process Manager", there are messages saying that "Resolved is not a valid state in the Life Cycle Template".
