How do I accomplish the simple task of partial differentiation using Prime 2.0. While Mathcad does provide for diffentiation of an expression in its Calculussymbolic template. Nothing seems to show the partial differentiation symbol? This is tragic! Maybe this symbology was provided on earlier versions of Mathcad not supported by PTC!!

How can I make the features in assemblies visible... I have only the parts, not the features. I made a feature on the assembly level and I can't redefine it because it is not visible... It was a extusion in with "taking away material" and it is defined in the air (wrong direction)... so nothing is visible in the drawing and there is no feature in the tree.This thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team. We are planning an upgrade to MathCAD 15.When I tested the same VB application on MathCAD 15 version am receiving the following error. A Task.A steel core thrown vertically upward at a speed v0 and fell to the ground in 15 seconds. What is the coefficient of air resistance in the equation Ffriction = k S Ro v ^ 2? [The answer k=0.877 ]I have a solution with the using the rkfixed function (Mathcad Prime with UNITS!- see the attach). In Mathcad 15 we can not use units in this task 1. Is the solution correct?2. Maintenant quand je démarre Créo paramétric il me propose d'enregistrer l'agent de qualitée , ce à quoi je réponds oui .Et un message d'erreur apparait imédiatement et me dit Créo paramétric va s'arreter si vous contactez le service technique a propos de cette erreur signalez l'erreur 0x00000009 ( avec exactement 7 fois le chiffre 0 )Mon ordinateur dispose d'un configuration correcte et je pense largement suffisante pour faire tourner créo. Hey guys!I got a problem. I'd like to get a mail to all Users who belong to the role "approver". To get that, I've chosen a notificationrobot which is set to send a mail to role "approver" even to the "prozessinitiator" (set in first registrycard - common)Mail to "processinitiator" does work but mail to role doesn't... can anybody tell me why? role is set to a specific group that contents some useres. All users have emailadresses...ah, we use Windchill 9.1 M060kind regards!

When I click the save button in WGM menu (Windchill 10.0 M030), the envent management will prompt me that the part had uploaded. So I want to know if the save button in Windchill 10.0 has replaced the upload ? And why the upload button still there?

In all previous versions of Pro I have used you can find the "ptc status" batch file in the "bin" of your proe program files directory. What is the command used to list the checked-in files in a specific Source project ?

Migrating from SolidWorks/Inventor I have realized that the whole sketch likes to be extruded....rather than the user selecting specific entities from the sketch. Is there any way to select certain entities to extrude so I can keep the number of sketches down?Ex: I drew a sketch with five circles. Two of them must be cut into a previous extrusion, the other 3 must be different heights. Thanks.

Hi All,What do I need to add to my config.pro file to make the "Dark Background" option be activated when I start the program? I know it's easy to go to options and all, but I'd like to get rid of that extra step. If there isn't a way to do this, then how can I change the color for the dimensions (in both the sketch and when they appear on the 3D model) in the config.pro file? Is it possible to change the SELECT function and the select function of the DELETE command ? At the moment you can draw a frame/box from every direction and only the elements which are fully included in the frame are selected. I would like to propose to preserve this feature for a frame/box which is drawn from left to right. New: If you draw a frame/box from right to left all elements which are partially in the selection frame would be selected. Like in acad and similar programs. Maybe with old behavior on/off   Advantages:DELETE command: Faster cleanup of imported drawings.
