Hello, everyone. I am trying to install a floating license server and it worked. However when performing some tests with my colleagues I realized that after I borrowed the license, I was not able to return back for another colleague to pick.I received the following error msg: "Unable to return the license. Verify that the current license settings are correct.". I found nothing about such error on the online documentation.Did someone experienced the same issue? Thanks in advance for the feedback. GF 

I am working on a solution that involves creating tags using the Kepware Configuration API. I have been able to find documentation for and create normal tags, but I can't seem to find any information on how to create Advanced Tags using the API. I have looked through the Advanced Tags help guide as well as the Kepware Server help guide but it doesn't have any documentation on how to create advanced tags using the API (unless I am missing it somehow). Can anyone confirm if advanced tags can be created from the API and if so is there documentation on how to construct the API call? If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I have upgraded KepServerEx.V5 to V.6. It can communicate with ControlLogix before upgrading. After upgrading to V.6.

Hi team,I am converting Drafting sheet into PDF with pentable file. While exporting there's an error appears like "\Pentable.pnt : Syntax error on line 8" but the file saved as pdf. I can get the pdf file. I have separate pentable file in notepad. HI team,I've been working on a drafting with multiple pages sheets. Here i need to change the size of the dimension;s arrow size in different sheets. In Detail properties, whole document's arros only changed, but I need to change it for a specific sheet, (For eg: In sheet 1- arro size must be in 3units and in sheet 2 arrow size must be in 6units. Because of the model scale.) Is it it possible to change? or is it a standard for the process? If any one know that process like config or settings please lemme know.Thanks in Advance

Windchill RV&S 13.1.0.1 version:When I share perspective from Requirement manager view it creates the correct link in GUI mode i,e: url:integrity://windchill.pri:7001/im/viewsegment?selection=7&fields=-1003,-32,-21,290,-5,-24&perspectivemodeBut when I click on this link it's not redirecting to the Windchill client rather it's saying Get an app to Integrity link. I am finding that I need to be specific in my API calls and specify the tag group, but I'd like to be able to get all of the tags for the device in one call. Thanks!

The suggested techniques to disable the new version pop up to messages is problematic as I have users around the globe that have different .psf files for various reasons.  Manually going in and changing it for each user around the globe doesn't make much sense either.  Can there be a config.pro option to disable this functionality vs. modifying the .psf file or browsing to the General Setting dialog to disable.  I push a config.sup everytime the users launch Creo from a globally common location so that is the most desirable way to turn off this functionality.  So there is no confusion, an image of the message I want to disable is attached.

I am on Creo parametric 7.0.10Here is my problem. I am trying to export a clean DXF from a curve inside a part. I need the dxf to have no notes and be at scale 1 for cnc machining. I need to do this for many parts so wanted to automate it or speed it up somehow. To speed up the process of exporting, I created a drawing template with the view "Front" set to scale 1. I then created a mapkey to open the part as a drawing with the template, then save as dxf. My issue is that doing it this way creates a note for the scale of the view "Scale 1.000".I would like to not have this note. I tried removing the set scale of the view in the template and use mapkey to set the drawing scale before exporting, but I was not able to get mapkey to modify the drawing scale.I also was not able to find an option to not have the note show up in the template view. If there is a better way to export DXF files from part files I am also open to changing my method.

Hi, i have a part where i am using copy geometry(external).  I put in the assembly i want to reference, deselect Publish Geometry, and then choose Bodies and select the body i want to reference.  I want to hide the body when i'm all done.  Creo is not hiding the body.  I have created a new layer and hidden the layer but that isn't working either.  See screenshot attached.  The Tubing should be the only piece that is visible. Creo 8.0.10.0Thanks  

Hi,  I am trying to use the validation inputs for a text box widget. If I manually set these parameters then it works as intended and looks like this:  But if I try to bind validation functions to these parameters for when the text box has a comma, then it simply doesn't work. I have already verified that my service is working correctly and is bound to the properties correctly, but for some reason it just doesn't work when I bind it over on validation. Any ideas?
