We have enabled the Creo ModelCheck integration with Windchill using the Windchill Gatekeeper.In Creo, the ModelCHECK has been configured by referring the above link. Also, the described configuration is done in Windchill as well. So, as per the defined No. of errors in the preference ◦Set ModelCHECK Number of Errors Windchill prevents\allows the checkin of CAD Document.Now it works wonderfully that check-in is blocked if there are ModelCHECK errors.However, we have an additional requirement which we have not yet managed to meet:Let’s say there are some cases where user has run the Modelcheck in Creo and the no. of errors they receive is 5 in creo application and We have defined the No. of errors = 2 in windchill preference and based on Modelcheck report in Creo we don’t want to increase the no. of errors beyond 2 in windchill preference but still user should be able to checkin the CAD Document into Windchill by providing some comment in Creo parameters. After a Wibdows 11 update some weeks ago, Microsoft Edge version 150 closes a few seconds after it is opened. This is not a problem for me normaly because I prefer to use Google Chrome. However Mathcad Prime seems to insist on using Edge.I have set Chrome as the default browser and then installed Prime 12.0.0.1 even though I use English as the Prime language. Still no good.Does anyone know how to get Mathcad Prime to use Chrome?Thanks for your help.

Could you please share the port issue solution?   Here is my setup: Cleco Controller mPro200 - Open Protocol - Port 9002 - Activated Cleco Controller mPro200 - TorqueNet- Port 12345 - Activated Cleco Controller mPro200 id : 192.168.50.20 KepServerEx - Channel:TorqueToolEthernet - Device:Cleco (Open Protocol - 192.168.50.20 - Port: 9002)   Both the controller and the port can be ping successfully from the PC.   However, none of the tags receives information from Cleco. I have a OPC UA server (on a siemens comfort panel) that I want to read in some tags on my Kepware Server 7.1.271.0 server. I’ve set up an OPC UA channel and device, and I’m able to perform automatic tag generation tasks (I’m able to see the tags I have configured over there). The problem is that when I then try to read Kepware’s tags from this, the tag quality is bad. Maybe about once a minute I get a message in the log that the OPC UA Client driver is reconnecting due to connection loss- which sometimes, but not always corresponds to one momentary instance when the tag quality goes good and I’m able to read in the tags. The authentication is not using any security policy or message mode. I’m a bit flummoxed because I’m able to set up an Unified Automation OPC UA client that can read from the client just fine on the same machine as the Kepware server with the same settings. This 1st picture is without chamfer and if I measure it. it shows 61mm (Abstand) This 2nd picture is after a put chamfer. but when I try to measure from the middle of chamfer to the side surafec it shows 60.5mm.While I was annotating, I chose the two marked (in red) to measure.  So How do I correctly choose the apex of the chamfer?  I should be getting 61mm

Hi all,I am trying to integrate Thingworx with a Dataverse table using API calls. I am trying to update a row, but that requires a PATCH call. The content loader functions only support GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE. Has anyone found success for making a PATCH call? I have tried overriding a PUT call as PATCH but that was not supported with the Dataverse API.TWX Version 10.0.3

Hello,I would like to know whether it is possible to import an XML file containing UML/SysML data into Windchill Modeler.If XML import is supported, could you please provide the steps or the recommended approach for importing such files?I have already tried importing a sample XML file, but it was not accepted by the tool. In the Import options, I can only see support for .zip and .inf file formats, and there does not appear to be an option for importing XML files directly.Could you please clarify whether XML-based UML/SysML models can be imported and, if so, what format or conversion is required?Thanks, Balamurali

Nonpaged Memory increase over timeI have trouble with linearly increasing “Nonpaged memory” allocation. I inspect the memory allocation with RAMMap. Our machines server system keeps getting slower and slower, so we started investigating.The picture above shows it: “Nonpaged memory” started at 776,088 KB after rebooting the HyperV. After that, it increased up by 5 GB in total.Our setup is:HyperV with Windows Server 2019; Host is Windows Server 2022.  On the HyperV: KEPServerEX 6.15 / V6.15.154.0 Omron FINS Ethernet (16 devices; CJ2 PLCs) Siemens TCP/IP Ethernet (1 device; S7-300) OPC UA Server as the connector to our SCADA system (Running on the same HyperV) In the second table, you can see that the memory allocation stops growing once I turn off Kepserver. There is one section where the memory doesnt grow even though the Omron acquisition is running. I think that in that case the time period is too short. Questions:Did you ever face a similar issue? Is it possible to connect KepWare to a device that uses TCP socket communication? So, basically to send a command to the device (IP/port) and receive a string response?The device is Tettex 2293Command I’d like to send is ‘*IDN?’\r\nExpected response is a model and a serial number in a string.

The eSupport portal seems to be inaccessible today for some reason but logging onto the PTC Community is working fine.  I’ve tried multiple browsers and computers and the results are the same.   

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.2.18 Referencing to case: CS98538 I need a similar function in NX like for Catia or Creo to use Design Context functionallity. I know, that this is not supported for NX, but i need a way to load filterd CAD Data to NX. Filter used mostly from a Spatial Query. I would be fine when there is a workaround. Hello,I have a customer with an older machine running KEPServerEX 5.0 who needs to transfer the software license to a new system.However, when attempting to use the license transfer process, an error occurs. We also noticed that the customer's Support & Maintenance expired around 2018. Even when trying to submit a support case, version 5.0 is not available as a selectable product, so we're unsure whether this is an expected limitation or a temporary issue.I have two questions:Q1. Does PTC still provide assistance for legacy products such as KEPServerEX 5.0, or is this likely just a temporary issue with the support portal?Q2. What is the recommended way to help the customer transfer the existing license? Is there still a process to transfer the license for an unsupported version? Or would the customer need to purchase Support & Maintenance again, or upgrade/purchase a new license? Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

By that, I mean the position of the mouse cursor when I place them using "Table from File". I own a perpetual Mathcad 14.0 M020 Single User license purchased directly from PTC. The legacy MCLicense.exe utility authenticates to my PTC account, but the activation request fails with HTTP 403 Forbidden before a license.dat is generated. Since license.dat is never created, Mathcad reports that C:\Program Files (x86)\Mathcad 14\licenses\license.dat does not exist. Can someone generate a replacement license.dat or License Pack manually?My old PC crashed so I am unable to locate the old file.

HiI have a parabola and *n* circles that need to be plotted simultaneously.The idea is that the value of *n* can be changed, and the plot updates automatically without me having to manually add plots.I have managed to plot the circles individually as upper and lower segments—this works fine, provided I can set up the indexing so that it plots all of them automatically.Additionally, I would like to plot the tangent slopes at the intersection points of the parabola and the circles—I have already calculated these—is this possible? My current go to- where i need to ajust number og circles as the number of piles change: Hope someone can helpBest regreads
