Subject: Mathcad Prime 11 – Unable to Download Software After PurchaseDear PTC Support Team,I recently purchased a Student License for Mathcad Prime 11 through Cleverbridge and proxi.id. While I successfully received the license file, I am unable to download the software itself.The download page requires me to upgrade my Basic account to a higher level, which in turn asks for a Customer Number and a Sales Order Number. However, the only documentation I received from Cleverbridge is the invoice along with the Product Key.Could you please advise where I can obtain the required Customer Number and Sales Order Number, or alternatively enable the software download for my account?Thank you for your support.Best regards

Hello, I am able to load a cad part or cad assembly from windchill to creo parametric, but would it be possible to load the related cad part from a windchill wtpart with the creo OTK? Or is it possible to use windchill methods in the java code for parametric? Thx

My problem seems a variation on the one queried by the OP.  I want Creo to open in L:\Projects\Creo_Files instead of C:/users\Me*\OneDrive\Documents.  I am able to make l:\Projects\Creo_files a working directory in the environmental section of the configuration options, but that doesn't do it. I tried making the L:\Projects\Creo_files a start directory as a Property in the shortcut in windows 11, but that didn't work either.   What should I do?

Hey All,I am stuck, trying to rename some groups in my assembly file but it does not let me. Usually I can just right click, then click rename, or I can slow double click and it will let me rename a group or feature.I created a datum plane to just test it, and again cannot rename that through those means. But if I edit the plane and use the toolbox where it lets you name it, that works.So dont really know what is going wrong with the naming feature. I have restarted CREO multiple times and its been the same for a few days now.Anyone else run into this?

I want to quickly see location (on the hard drive) of the part I am working with. I work with big assemblies in different folders. Sometimes parts are the same.   With Creo it's not clear. I looked for the answers. Suggestion is to edit config file. Is that really that complicated? And how to actually edit it?    Looked at this http://support.ptc.com/help/creo/creo_optm/usascii/index.html#page/optm/options_modeler/fund_five_sub/Setting_config_pro_Options.html They say go to Tools > Environment. But I don't have that menu option.   Your help is highly appreciated!

I have been using Mathcad Express for a while. However, my laptop with Mathcad Express had some issues. So, I purchased a new laptop and tried to install Mathcad Express on my new laptop. I uninstalled Mathcad Express in my old laptop, but I now cannot activate Mathcad Express on my new laptop. Can you help me with that? What should I do? Thank you.

When I create a new hole in a creo model, is there a way that I can default to "Type - Standard" and also have the "Size - Thread type:" already looking at the correct .hol file? Right now it defaults to "Type - Simple' and "Size - Thread type: ISO" Thanks for your help!

Does anyone have a crafty solution to define or change the Name of the Windchill server in Windchill Workgroup Manager (WGM) without user intervention?    I am using Windchill Workgroup Manager v13 with Solidworks and would like to update the installation process with the silent installation method deployed in Windows Intune.    The Windchill Workgroup Manager supports the ability to define a default Windchill server URL, but it does not support an entry to define the Name of the default Windchill server in the wgmclient.ini file. When a default Windchill server URL is defined, the Name is automatically set to the domain of the server URL. I would much rather have a descriptive string assigned to the Name and cannot find a way to do this.    If we were using Creo Parametric, I could create a mapkey to change the name, but I am not aware of any mapkey, scripting or trail file execution in the Workgroup Manager client. 

Version: Windchill 13.0 Use Case: I am trying to setup an "Advanced Search" against the "Change Notice" object type. However, I have noticed I have no option to add any "Attributes" into the "Criteria" section of my search. Please refer to the attached image.Description: I have noticed that I can select other object types which provides the opportunity to add attributes into "Criteria" section of the search. Current Status: There are currently two methods for data collection in our project: PLC-based collection and soft collection (files/databases/protocols, etc.). For soft collection, the data is pushed to the OPC UA Server via the OPC UA protocol. Both PLC and soft collection devices are configured in Kepware, which ultimately integrates with ThingWorx. .Issue Description: The collected data parsed by the soft-sampling device all records the post-event time. How can the timestamps be stored when logging data for points bound to the modeled device in ThingWorx?  Use the time parsed by soft sampling instead of the default timestamp from the sampling points?

We are currently using Pingfederate as CAS and Microsoft Azure Entra ID as IDP . We want to switch and only use Azure Entra ID as both CAS and IDP. We are able to authenticate users using Entra ID in thingworx but now we want to do API communication between Thingworx and SAP. We did a API configuration in entra ID and able to generate token. Now token requests to Thingworx REST endpoints using OAuth 2.0 access tokens (JWTs) from Azure are returning 401 Unauthorized errors. It seems like the stock table does not consider AFX created plates, only beams. Version: Windchill 12.0 Use Case: How to customize the Thumbnail Navigator in order to show the buttons 'navigate Thumbnails' and 'Related Information' besides each other and not as in the ootb-way where one hides the other?Description: Since either 'Related Information' or 'Navigate Thumbnails' is constantly hidden and users (!) don't remember what they don't see, I wanted to make both buttons visible at the same time, as alternatingly pressed/unpressed buttons. Small fix, huge transparency improvement.Well, the question is now about which file to customize...?It seems to end up all in the huge ...netmarkets/javascript/util/ext-and-extensions.js , but I suspect that this is not the 'real' source which we would want to customize...I also think it's not 'officially' supported for customization, but nevertheless the layout must be defined somewhere... Has anybody a hint or an idea?Best Regards 👍
