Hi,We currently have around 30 KEPServerEX installations with perpetual (node-locked) licenses on different machines. We are planning to replace those machines one by one, but we want to make sure we do the transfer correctly without risking:• losing the licenses• having them become invalid• or incurring additional costsWe understand that the standard procedure is to use License Utility → Transfer a product activation to generate a transfer request file, upload it to the PTC licensing portal, and then activate the license on the new machine.However, in our case, we do not currently have access to the original PTC licensing account / login information that was used when these licenses were activated. Whenever I click the thumbnail of CAD part, there were a popup "Sent To Publisher: Select WVS Job Monitor for job status". And then I'm getting status Job Failed.   Hi everyone, I have a use case where a client application calls a ThingWorx service every 10 seconds.The service is very lightweight and only returns a single property value (no database queries, no file access, no loops). From a ThingWorx performance and best-practice perspective:   Is this polling interval considered acceptable? Are there any concerns regarding scalability or platform load for such a setup? Any CSV file generated by the Data Export mashup function is formatting any string data fields like an excel formula (ie string value: Example; in CSV file: ="Example").This improper formatting is visible both in Excel as well as when opening the CSV file in a text editor like Notepad++ This issue only occurs when the Data Export option is set to "CSV Excel Formatted". When the Exporter option is set to "CSV Standard" any string fields are treated and formatted as plain strings. This workaround however comes with the warning: "Enabling this property allows users to export data in a non-sanitized CSV format. Use this option only if you trust the data source." implying that this option should generally not be used.Inclusion of a BOM had no effect on this issue with either formatting option.What can I do to prevent the improper formatting of the string data? The issue is affecting the ability of users to analyze the exported CSV data when needed.

Why is the diameter symbol box shape? Wherever I dimension a round feature, it show this box as diameter symbol (and R as radius symbol). However, in a different drawing, the correct diameter symbol shows up but with bold font, which is another problem. I have waited for several days before posting for help. Which configuration options should be checked? Thanks.

I have a python code that reads data from excel and sends to kepware, I am trying to set this up and setup the tags in kepware as a server, and the python as a client. This will eventually be connected to a DeltaV system which is another client, but for now I want to test my code sending data into Kepware. Which drivers should I use for this purpose? 

Just as i thought the problem was solved it went back. I tried resetting my pc and downloading everything from scratch. I have a lenovo with windows 11 home. Everytime i try saving a document a corrupt saving page pops up. i will attach it here. It happens when i use; save as, save or any type of export.I have tried reinstalling several times, also as administrator, and it has the same outcome.When running the program as admin it gives 3 more seconds on the save window but inevitably it crashes again. I made sure i unpacked the download zip-file locally and not using onedrive. Also i placed the app locally.  Background info: Im a danish student at Aarhus university. They supply license to mathcad prime 10.0.0.0 and is therefore my only way of downloading the program. I have got a new pc as the old one got destroyed, and now the problem is occuring. Hello,My motivation was to create a pattern of points to be used as measurements (in this case the rotation of these points in relation to a selected CS in the main assembly)As rotation cannot be used in solid elements, I created a pattern of point to points linked by rigid links to do the job. This is after imported in the main assembly and finally patterned. My hope was to not have to define rotation measurement manually from each point later. With measurements in a pattern, this would be made automatically by Creo Simulate.However, I cannot select this pattern using the “pattern” option for anything – but I can use other patterns – and this does not make sense.Is there a bug or a limitation that is not clear? Hi all,I have a completely new problem with 3D and 2D symbols.This problem appeared suddenly. I never had this problem before. And after I had this problem, it also appeared for a colleague. That's why I decided to ask for advice here in the forum.What is the problem?Suddenly, I can no longer insert symbols. And symbols that I was able to insert before are suddenly no longer visible. Hello, I am using Creo 9 on a Windows 10 laptop. The issue is that I am trying to add a surface finish symbol in the drawing, but am getting the following error message: "The selected surface is already consumed by surface finish sf1 as a restricted reference. Select another surface." As far as I know, I never placed a surface finish symbol in the model at any point. I only added them on the drawing side. I deleted sf1 from the annotations tree, but the error message still pops up. Looking through message boards, I found an instance where someone used Semantic Query to select surfaces with finish symbols and then clearing them. However, when I use the Semantic Query tool, use RMB, and select clear, the symbol does not go away and is still showing when I reselect the surface. Any idea how to remove this symbol so that I can place a symbol in the drawing.

Hello all,Anyone aware of any protoolkit api functions to update dimensions into the cad model and regenerate it. FYKI, i have fetched dimension from cad active model using dimension visit api call and saved into a text file already. 

Version: Windchill 12.1 Use Case: List All workspaces with its size (and User / Context)Description: I want to have a list (per user) of all workspaces together with their sizes.Over here there are some topics about it, but i followed this Support Article: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS412883The initial part workout. I got now al list of all workspaces with their corresponding user and workspace. But i am unable to figure out how i can add the size per workspace to it. I have tried to add `EPMSupporting data` (`EPMSupporting data.Data`)and that looks more like the blobname or so. Any ideas how to do this? If not plain "reportable item" workflow a little explenation help I'm not that deep in sql or java 

I am using ThingWorx version 9.3 with the MQTT Extension version 3.1. After configuring MQTT, the connection remains in a disconnected state, but it has been verified to be connected through a client tool.   

I am trying to put in foldout pages in owners manuals.  However, I cannot for the life of me get the stylesheet/publishing engine to create the landscape page. I have created a Foldout Page set to 8.5 x 11 landscape in Page Sets.I created a context and condition in the <topicref> element. The condition is "IF attribute "outputclass" = "wide"The output to edit is set to Print/PDF, and the breaks category is set as follows:Start new: PagePage set Name: Foldout Page SetPage Number: Continue When I save the stylesheet and republish, the page is still not landscape.  GRRR On a side note, I am publishing locally with the Use Publishing Engine box unchecked in the Tools>Preferences>Publishing Engine. Any ideas what I may be missing. Thanks in advance.John
