The parseDate function works when I run it in a service for testing purposes, but it does not work when I try to use it in a subscription that calls a service that uses the parseDate function. I can't import Manufacturing Apps.I installed DataExporterExtensionPackage.zip and then MED-61227-CD-085_F000_ThingWorx-Apps-8-5-0-extension-bundle.zip but I get an installation error. I send the Thingworx log files. Thank's

I want to store the Infotable data temporarily for some purpose. Is it possible to store the infotable data in Thingworx storage instead of storing in Database.  Kindly let me if there any solution available for my requirement.   Thanks in Advance, Sankarapandian.L.S

For some reason, I cannot display images in a grid widget. My service displays the images in the output window when I run it in the composer; however, when bound to a adv grid widget in a mashup, the image column does not display the images. The data type I'm using is IMAGE. I followed the steps in the instructions below, but the grid is not displaying the images. https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS237433   This is my service output.  It displays the images.  This service is called within the other serviced that is called in the mashup.   This is the composer view of the mashup. Hello, I have installed PostgreSQL and Thingworx Founder Installer on two different VMware in RHEL . I want to use remote database connections to connect the Thingworx . I tried to install following command on Thingworx, yum install rh-postgresql10-postgresql-syspaths But it is showing no packages is available to install. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Hello ,  I created a geofence using an infotable inside an infotable,i.e (outer infotable as columns id and location ,column location contains one more infotable along with columns again id and location region.).The location region column is with location base type and id has a GUID as base type.I need to increment a id value in outer infotable. So that I can close the geo fence set. Hi, I'm copying the csv file from EMS to Repository in Thingworx. So often in Application Log I'm seeing these kind of errors. I think it is because of conflict between (1. copying file in Thingworx Repository and 2.another program is updating the same file at the same time). Is there any idea?   Thank you! Muhammad Naeem

Hello,    I want automate printing drawings in creo, which mostly works fine with our printer but there is a huge white border around while I use laserjetv4 printer type. Obviusly I can't use MS_PRINTER_MANAGER if I want to automate the whole process. I attached my .pcf file for reference but it doesn't really look like that it has anything to do with it. Only the "plotter" settings seems to affect the border. Anyone can help me with this problem?    

Hi,   I have just started exploring the ThingWorx and tried to fetch the historical data (time series) using get QueryPropertyHistory service. We can fetch using filters like date, record count, sorted etc. I want to write a custom service that does aggregation operations on this data and persist this aggregated data in some form.  What are the supported ways for handling such huge data, transform it and persist?   Thank you

Hello,  I have recently installed Creo 4(M80) and it fails to run with error (-96) Failed to connect to server. Server is down or unreachable. The thing is that i am at home connected via VPN to the network where licencing server is running. However when i brought my PC with me and physically connected my to the network, everything ran just fine. I tried running it with firewall disabled on my PC as well as on the licensing server, but i keep getting the (-96) message.  Any suggestions what to try next?   P.S. Don't mind the (-21) message

In the attached file, the Maximise Function is used against an 5 x 1 Array and is manully repeated 5 times, using a different guess for each case.Trying to streamline the process, tried to do the five steps with a program but the program fails.It looks like the maximise function inside the Program is not accepting the Guess value assigned within the program and is picking up the a Global Value for the guess, outside of the program, different from the assign value inside the program.What would be the proper way to use Maximize within a Program>Thank youLaurent

Hi,   I am facing permissions issue while using File Transfer Subsystem Copy service execute as below :   Error message is as follows: Error: CopyInternalError:Not authorized for ServiceInvoke on CancelFileTransfer in RepositoryName - See Script Error Log for more details.   Internally Copy is failing because the remote thing is not connected that is fine but it internally calls CancelFileTransfer  service which I cannot find in FIleRepository. How I can assign run time permission for this service.   Thanks, Harpreet

Hi,   I am trying to model a moving fluid interface in an annular pipe for a varying cross-section. My model is based on a modified Poiseuille equation. If I use a constant cross-section, then MathCAD solves my linear ODE just fine and I get results as expected. If I consider a varying cross-section however, then my ODE becomes non-linear and I'm unclear on which format MathCAD requires to solve this.   All unknowns in my attached file are constants, except L(t).   I'd be very thankful for any help on how to format a non-linear ODE of this form within a solve block.   Regards, Alex
